人體經(jīng)絡(luò)和非經(jīng)絡(luò)組織光學(xué)特性對比研究

【摘要】:經(jīng)絡(luò)學(xué)說一直對中醫(yī)各科的診斷與治療有指導(dǎo)作用,是中醫(yī)學(xué)的重要組成部分。中醫(yī)經(jīng)絡(luò)的理論體系和判定完全不同于現(xiàn)代醫(yī)學(xué)。從上世紀(jì)五六十年代始,人們一直試圖獲取更多的關(guān)于穴位和經(jīng)絡(luò)的物理存在以及運行機(jī)理的信息。另外,基于生物醫(yī)學(xué)光子學(xué)的原理和測量技術(shù),利用特定波長的激光在生物組織中的傳輸和分布特性,研究組織的光學(xué)特性以及和生理狀態(tài)的關(guān)聯(lián)。 本工作應(yīng)用自行搭建的一套漫射光自動測量系統(tǒng),當(dāng)光沿著特定組織的傳播時,對生物組織表面的漫反射光的分布特性進(jìn)行實時無損測量。通過測量人體經(jīng)絡(luò)區(qū)域的漫射光強(qiáng)度分布,獲得不同組織的光學(xué)傳輸特性及其生理狀態(tài)信息。 運用808nm光波,全天候測量了小腸經(jīng)、心經(jīng)經(jīng)絡(luò)組織以及附近的非經(jīng)絡(luò)組織的光學(xué)傳播特性,獲得了時間周期下的人體經(jīng)絡(luò)及其周圍組織表面的漫射光強(qiáng)度分布數(shù)據(jù)。通過對兩組數(shù)據(jù)的比較和統(tǒng)計分析,在實驗室測量環(huán)境相同的情況下,結(jié)果顯示經(jīng)絡(luò)與非經(jīng)絡(luò)之間漫射光強(qiáng)度分布存在明顯的差異性(P0.05),這種差異性的事實存在確實反映了人體組織中存在一種通路,體現(xiàn)出與周圍組織不同的生理特性和反應(yīng),可能是經(jīng)絡(luò)客觀存在的一種有效證據(jù)。同時組織的漫射光強(qiáng)度分布數(shù)據(jù)還呈現(xiàn)有時間的周期性,暗合中醫(yī)經(jīng)絡(luò)理論中的經(jīng)絡(luò)氣血運行的時間特性。例如,小腸經(jīng)脈線及旁開非經(jīng)脈測量結(jié)果表明,中午12:00時的小腸經(jīng)上漫射光衰減明顯快于其它時刻,與小腸經(jīng)上之氣血運行時間非常相關(guān)。這種關(guān)聯(lián)對于經(jīng)絡(luò)氣血運行和人體經(jīng)絡(luò)的客觀存在有很強(qiáng)的參考價值。 本工作還對該系統(tǒng)的穩(wěn)定性、測量效率和測量精度,以及斬波器對光傳輸特性的影響進(jìn)行了研究。
[Abstract]:Meridian theory has been guiding the diagnosis and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and is an important part of traditional Chinese medicine.The theoretical system and judgment of meridian in TCM is completely different from modern medicine.Since the 1950s and 1960s, people have been trying to obtain more information about the physical existence and mechanism of acupoints and meridians.In addition, based on the principles and measurement techniques of biomedical photonics, the optical properties of the tissues and the correlation between the optical properties and the physiological states are studied by using the transmission and distribution characteristics of laser in biological tissues with specific wavelengths.In this work, an automatic measuring system of diffuse light is set up. When the light propagates along a particular tissue, the distribution of diffuse reflected light on the surface of biological tissue is measured in real time and nondestructive.The optical transmission characteristics and physiological state information of different tissues were obtained by measuring the intensity distribution of diffuse light in the meridian region of human body.The optical propagation characteristics of small intestine meridian, cardiac meridian and adjacent non-meridian tissues were measured by using 808nm light wave. The diffuse light intensity distribution data of human meridian and its surrounding tissues were obtained under the time cycle.Through the comparison and statistical analysis of the two groups of data, under the same environment of laboratory measurement,The results showed that there was a significant difference in the distribution of diffuse light intensity between meridian and non-meridian meridians. The existence of this difference reflected the existence of a pathway in human tissues, which reflected different physiological characteristics and responses from the surrounding tissues.It may be an effective evidence of the existence of meridians and collaterals.At the same time, the distribution data of diffuse light intensity also showed the periodicity of time, which was consistent with the time characteristic of meridian qi and blood running in the theory of meridian and collaterals of traditional Chinese medicine.For example, the measurement results of small intestine meridian line and non-meridian meridian show that the light attenuation of the upper diffuse light of the small intestine at 12:00 is much faster than that at other times, which is closely related to the running time of qi and blood on the small intestine meridian.This kind of correlation has very strong reference value for the movement of meridian qi and blood and the objective existence of human meridian.The stability, measurement efficiency and accuracy of the system and the influence of chopper on the optical transmission characteristics are also studied.
