某綜合醫(yī)院醫(yī)務(wù)工作者心理健康現(xiàn)狀及對工作滿意度調(diào)查

【摘要】:目的:本研究通過對某綜合醫(yī)院醫(yī)務(wù)人員健康狀況及工作滿意度的調(diào)查,以達(dá)到分析醫(yī)務(wù)人員工作滿意度狀況,發(fā)現(xiàn)醫(yī)院管理中存在問題的目的。同時提出提高該院醫(yī)務(wù)人員工作滿意度的對策,為醫(yī)院管理層提供決策參考。 方法:數(shù)據(jù)收集方法包括文獻(xiàn)評閱和問卷調(diào)查法,其中調(diào)查問卷包括一般情況問卷、白測健康評定量表(SRHMS)和工作滿意度量表。數(shù)據(jù)分析方法包括:分析各樣本在相關(guān)問題中的分配情況用頻數(shù)和百分比;問卷的信度和效度用Cronbach's α值和皮爾遜相關(guān)來檢驗;樣本的集中和離散趨勢用平均值和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)差;醫(yī)務(wù)人員工作滿意度各維度與個體特征之間的關(guān)系用t檢驗和方差分析。數(shù)據(jù)分析采用SPSS13.0軟件包進(jìn)行處理。 結(jié)果:心理調(diào)查結(jié)果:1、生理健康、心理健康、社會健康及總的健康狀況經(jīng)過統(tǒng)計分析后,結(jié)果是職業(yè)、科室、職稱、職務(wù)及文化程度的職工之間方差分析P0.05,無顯著性差異。2、醫(yī)務(wù)工作者在心理健康、社會健康及總的健康狀況與性別無關(guān),統(tǒng)計結(jié)果顯示均無顯著性差異(P0.05),但是在男女職工的生理健康上,男性生理健康狀況好于女性,經(jīng)t檢驗后,統(tǒng)計結(jié)果有差異,具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義。3、醫(yī)務(wù)工作者的生理健康和社會健康與年齡無關(guān),經(jīng)方差分析后,在統(tǒng)計學(xué)上無顯著性差異(P0.05),但在心理健康(P=0.000)上有顯著差異性,其中在健康總分上有顯著差異性(P=0.015)。 滿意度調(diào)查結(jié)果:1、該院醫(yī)務(wù)人員對醫(yī)院目前各項都較為滿意,調(diào)查中各維度的滿意度均值較高。2、醫(yī)務(wù)人員工作總體滿意度和各維度的滿意度與文化程度相關(guān),在統(tǒng)計學(xué)上有差異,具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義。3、不同科室的醫(yī)務(wù)人員在“管理制度”、“職業(yè)培訓(xùn)”、“社會承認(rèn)”、“獎勵及福利”方面的滿意度在統(tǒng)計學(xué)上存在著顯著性差異。 結(jié)論:1、在醫(yī)務(wù)人員相對集中的綜合性醫(yī)院,職業(yè)、科室、文化程度和職稱不是影響醫(yī)務(wù)人員心理健康的主要因素;年齡和職務(wù)差異對醫(yī)務(wù)人員健康和幸福感有顯著影響。2.醫(yī)務(wù)人員對工作的總體滿意度較高,對與個人相關(guān)指標(biāo)滿意度較低,尤其對工資收入的滿意度最低。不同性別、年齡、職稱、受教育程度群體總體滿意度差異不大。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the health status and job satisfaction of medical staff in a general hospital. The purpose of finding the problems in hospital management is to put forward the countermeasures to improve the job satisfaction of the medical staff in the hospital, and to provide the decision-making reference for the hospital management. Methods: the methods of data collection include literature review and questionnaire survey. The methods of data analysis included: frequency and percentage of distribution of each sample in related questions, reliability and validity of questionnaire were tested by Cronbach's 偽 and Pearson correlation, and the reliability and validity of the questionnaire were tested by Cronbach's 偽 and Pearson correlation. The average and standard deviation were used for the centralized and discrete trend of samples, the relationship between the dimensions of job satisfaction and individual characteristics was analyzed by t-test and ANOVA. The data analysis was processed by SPSS13.0 software package. Results: the result of psychological investigation: 1: 1, physical health, mental health, social health and general health, after statistical analysis, the result is occupation, department, title, etc. There was no significant difference in ANOVA between workers with job and educational level (P0.05). The mental health, social health and overall health status of medical workers were not related to gender, and there was no significant difference between them in terms of mental health, social health and overall health status. The statistical results showed that there was no significant difference in the physiological health of male and female workers, but the physiological health of male and female workers was better than that of female. The physical and social health of medical workers was not related to age. After ANOVA, there was no significant difference in statistics (P 0.05), but there was significant difference in mental health (P 0.000). Among them, there was significant difference in total health score (P < 0.015). The result of the satisfaction survey was: 1. The medical staff of the hospital were satisfied with the hospital at present. The average satisfaction of each dimension was higher than that of the others. The overall satisfaction of the medical staff and the satisfaction of each dimension were related to the degree of education. There were significant differences in statistics between medical staff in different departments in terms of "management system", "vocational training", "social recognition", "reward and welfare", and there were significant statistical differences in the satisfaction of the medical staff in different departments in terms of "management system", "vocational training", "social recognition" and "reward and welfare". Conclusion (1) in the general hospital where the medical staff are relatively concentrated, occupation, department, education level and professional title are not the main factors affecting the mental health of the medical staff. Age and job differences have significant effects on health and well-being of medical staff. 2. Medical staff have higher overall satisfaction with their work, lower satisfaction with personal related indicators, especially the lowest satisfaction with wage income. The professional title, the education level group overall satisfaction degree difference is not big.
