【摘要】：三磷酸腺苷酶即鈉鉀ATP酶,是存在于細胞膜上的一種膜蛋白,具有調(diào)節(jié)細胞內(nèi)外鈉離子、鉀離子濃度梯度的作用,對人體的正常生理功能起著至關(guān)重要的作用,在本文中作者主要闡述鈉鉀ATP酶的結(jié)構(gòu)、功能,并敘述鈉鉀ATP酶與全身各個臟器疾病的臨床研究進展,為相關(guān)疾病的治療提出新的思路。
[Abstract]:Adenosine triphosphate (ATP) is a membrane protein that exists on the cell membrane. It has the function of regulating the concentration gradient of sodium and potassium ions inside and outside the cell, and plays an important role in the normal physiological function of human body. In this paper, the author mainly describes the structure and function of sodium and potassium ATP enzyme, describes the clinical research progress of sodium potassium ATP enzyme and various organ diseases of the whole body, and puts forward new ideas for the treatment of related diseases.
