緩釋疫苗系統(tǒng)的研究進(jìn)展

【摘要】:傳統(tǒng)疫苗需要在適當(dāng)?shù)臅r(shí)間間隔內(nèi)反復(fù)多次注射以產(chǎn)生有效的免疫應(yīng)答,實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)機(jī)體的有效保護(hù),但這往往導(dǎo)致患者的依從性降低。緩釋技術(shù)的發(fā)展極大地促進(jìn)了疫苗從傳統(tǒng)的多次免疫到單劑免疫的轉(zhuǎn)變,使得疫苗通過單次注射即能抵御多種疾病。生物可降解的聚合物微球或緩釋凝膠類制劑可以保持抗原的天然結(jié)構(gòu),并能減緩抗原的釋放,達(dá)到高效低毒的免疫效果。本文就近年來緩釋疫苗系統(tǒng)的研究進(jìn)展進(jìn)行了分類闡述,并對(duì)其作用機(jī)制和應(yīng)用前景進(jìn)行介紹。
[Abstract]:Traditional vaccines need to be repeatedly injected at appropriate intervals to produce an effective immune response and to protect the body effectively. But this often leads to a decrease in patient compliance. The development of slow release technology has greatly promoted the transition of vaccines from traditional multiple immunization to single dose immunization. That allows the vaccine to resist a variety of diseases through a single injection. Biodegradable polymer microspheres or slow-release gels maintain the natural structure of the antigen and slow down its release. In this paper, the research progress of slow-release vaccine system in recent years was reviewed, and its mechanism and application prospect were introduced.
