　　摘要： 目的： 分析西藥結(jié)合美容外治法治療痤瘡的方法及效果。方法 ：選取我院2013年3月～2015年3月收治的800例痤瘡患者，隨機均分為對照組與治療組兩組，對照組予以單純西藥治療，治療組予以西藥結(jié)合美容外治法聯(lián)合治療，對比2組患者綜合療效及治療體驗。結(jié)果： 治療組總有效率100%，痊愈率及總有效率均顯著高于對照組（P<0.05）；總滿意度97.5%，顯著高于對照組（P<0.05）。結(jié)論： 西藥結(jié)合美容外治法治療痤瘡患者的臨床療效相應較好，能夠顯著提升患者的就醫(yī)體驗，值得臨床進一步應用推廣。

　　Abstract： objective to analyze the western medicine combined with beauty treatment method and effect for the treatment of acne. Methods select our hospital in March 2013 ～ March 2015 treated 800 cases of patients with acne，control group to be pure western medicine treatment.
