【摘要】：兩組科學(xué)家在1998年分別報(bào)道了增食欲素(Orexin)。增食欲素A(OXA)和增食欲素B(OXB)是由外側(cè)下丘腦神經(jīng)元產(chǎn)生的神經(jīng)肽,通過(guò)與兩種7次跨膜G蛋白偶聯(lián)受體——增食欲素受體結(jié)合來(lái)發(fā)揮作用。Orexin主要參與攝食和能量代謝、睡眠-覺(jué)醒周期調(diào)節(jié),同時(shí)也在呼吸、情緒行為、心血管、胃腸道、細(xì)胞增殖和凋亡等方面發(fā)揮作用。隨著近年來(lái)研究的進(jìn)展,Orexin對(duì)胰島β細(xì)胞的調(diào)節(jié)也越來(lái)越受到重視,包括Orexin參與的胰腺內(nèi)分泌和IR兩個(gè)過(guò)程。本文對(duì)Orexin系統(tǒng)及其功能的研究進(jìn)展作一綜述。
[Abstract]:In 1998, two groups of scientists reported that orexin (Orexin.OXA) and orexin (BX) are neuropeptides produced by neurons in the lateral hypothalamus. Orexin is mainly involved in food intake and energy metabolism, sleep and arousal cycle regulation, but also in respiration, emotional behavior, cardiovascular, gastrointestinal tract, by binding to two kinds of transmembrane G protein coupling receptor, orexin receptor. Cell proliferation and apoptosis play an important role. With the development of recent research, the regulation of islet 尾 cells by Orexin has been paid more and more attention. There are two processes involved in the pancreatic endocrine and IR processes in which Orexin is involved. In this review, the research progress of Orexin system and its function is reviewed.
