合肥地區(qū)部分健康人群面頸部皮膚生理學(xué)與VISIA成像特征分析

【摘要】:目的通過無創(chuàng)性檢測(cè)技術(shù)量化合肥地區(qū)部分正常人群面頸部皮膚生理學(xué)特性和成像特征,分析其與性別、年齡的關(guān)系。方法將500例健康志愿者分為6個(gè)不同年齡組,采用無創(chuàng)性皮膚生理檢測(cè)儀對(duì)其面頸部(前額、面頰及頸部)進(jìn)行角質(zhì)層(SC)含水量、皮脂含量、經(jīng)表皮水分流失量(TEWL)及皮膚色素含量的測(cè)量,并采用VISIA-CR面部成像系統(tǒng)評(píng)估皺紋、紫外線色斑及皮膚SC含水量之間的相關(guān)性。結(jié)果 (1)女性面頸部SC含水量高于男性,男性面頸部TEWL值、皮脂及色素含量高于女性(P0.05);(2)SC含水量與年齡呈負(fù)相關(guān)性,TEWL值在5~15歲和56~70歲年齡組均較低(P0.05);(3)皮膚皺紋、紫外線色斑和紋理與年齡呈正相關(guān)性,紫質(zhì)分值與毛孔大小呈正相關(guān)性(P0.05);(4)女性前額部皺紋與TEWL呈正相關(guān)性,紫外線色斑與SC含水量呈負(fù)相關(guān)性(P0.05)。結(jié)論通過定量測(cè)量面頸部皮膚生理特性和成像特征,分析相關(guān)參數(shù)及其關(guān)系,能夠客觀地評(píng)估皮膚年輕化、衰老速度及敏感程度,評(píng)估醫(yī)學(xué)美容對(duì)皮膚屏障的修復(fù)狀態(tài)。
[Abstract]:Objective to quantify the physiologic and imaging characteristics of face and neck skin in part of normal population in Hefei by noninvasive detection technique, and to analyze the relationship between skin physiology and age. Methods 500 healthy volunteers were divided into 6 different age groups. The moisture content, sebum content, moisture content, skin pigment content and skin pigment content in the hornular layer were measured by non-invasive skin physiological detector (forehead, cheek and neck), and wrinkles were evaluated by VISIA-CR facial imaging system. Results 1) the water content of SC in face and neck of female was higher than that of male, and the TEWL value of face and neck of male was higher than that of male. The content of sebum and pigment was higher than that of female (P 0.05). There was a negative correlation between the water content and the age of SC. The value of TEWL was lower in the age group of 5 ~ 15 years and 56 ~ 70 years old than that in the female group (P < 0.05). There was a positive correlation between the skin wrinkle, the ultraviolet spot and the texture, and the age. There was a positive correlation between the purple score and pore size (P0.05). There was a positive correlation between female forehead wrinkles and TEWL, and a negative correlation between UV spots and SC water content. Conclusion the skin physiological characteristics and imaging characteristics of faciocervical skin were measured quantitatively. By analyzing the relevant parameters and their relationships, we can objectively evaluate the skin rejuvenation, aging speed and sensitivity, and evaluate the repair status of medical beauty to the skin barrier.
