【摘要】：目的探討豫西南地區(qū)回漢族成人手部足部形態(tài)學(xué)及遺傳學(xué)表型特征的差異性。方法采用形態(tài)學(xué)測(cè)量身高、體質(zhì)量及手足等指標(biāo),捺印法研究手部膚紋學(xué),觀察手足遺傳表型分型并進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析。結(jié)果豫西南回族成人男女手寬、足長、足寬分別為(8.27±0.55、23.10±1.20、9.34±0.83)、(7.41±0.44、20.50±1.23、8.79±0.69)cm,漢族男女為(8.56±0.09、24.57±1.33、9.47±0.70)、(7.74±0.36、22.46±1.21、8.91±0.85)cm;雙手指紋嵴線總數(shù)回族男女為(135.06±19.87)、(125.50±20.44)個(gè),漢族男女為(144.46±14.08)、(129.20±20.34)個(gè),回漢族男女比較,差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)�；刈逭萍yt距比(tPD)、atd角、a-b嵴線數(shù)分別為16.07±6.46、(44.61±8.66)°、(34.04±5.47)個(gè),漢族分別為16.53±6.27、(43.19±9.52)°、(36.73±4.22)個(gè);回族利手、指甲形狀、拇指類型、利足、指足趾長右型率分別為90.01%、38.52%、85.59%、70.47%、56.92%,漢族分別為89.33%、45.26%、70.91%、96.98%、74.89%,回漢族比較差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論豫西南地區(qū)回漢族成人手足形態(tài)、指掌紋、遺傳表型多數(shù)指標(biāo)存在民族差異和性別差異。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the differences of morphological and genetic phenotypic characteristics of hand and foot in adults of Han nationality in southwest Henan Province. Methods morphological measurements of height, body weight and hand and foot were used to study the dermatoglyphics of the hand. Results the mean hand width, foot length and foot width were 8.27 鹵0.552.10 鹵1.209.34 鹵0.83Cm, respectively 7.41 鹵0.44U 20.50 鹵1.234.79 鹵0.69 cm, 8.56 鹵0.0924.57 鹵0.339.47 鹵0.709.47 鹵0.709.47 鹵0.339.47 鹵0.709.47 鹵0.339.47 鹵0.339.47 鹵0.339.47 鹵0.366.46 鹵1.21g 鹵0.858.91 鹵0.851cm, 135.06 鹵19.875.50 鹵20.44m, 144.46 鹵14.084.08 鹵149.20 鹵20.34 cm, respectively, and the total number of double hand ridge lines in Hui nationality was 135.06 鹵19.875.50 鹵20.44 cm, while that in Han nationality was 129.46 鹵14.08 鹵14.08 鹵20.20 cm, respectively. The difference between male and female in Hui nationality was statistically significant (P 0.05). The number of crest lines was 16.07 鹵6.46 擄, 34.04 鹵5.47, 16.53 鹵6.2743.19 鹵9.52 擄, and 36.73 鹵4.22, respectively. The rate of right phalanx type was 90.01 and 38.52and 85.59, respectively, which were 70.47 and 56.92, respectively, and those of Han nationality were 89.33 and 45.26, respectively. There were significant differences between Han nationality and Han nationality (P 0.055.Conclusion there were national differences and gender differences in most genetic phenotypic indexes between Han nationality and Han nationality in southwestern Henan.
