【摘要】：目的:探討大學(xué)生近期自殺意念與社交網(wǎng)絡(luò)、應(yīng)對(duì)技能的關(guān)系。方法:采用分層整群隨機(jī)抽樣方法抽取了5972名大學(xué)生,借助自殺意念問(wèn)卷、社交網(wǎng)絡(luò)問(wèn)卷及應(yīng)對(duì)技能量表調(diào)查大學(xué)生自殺意念的流行病學(xué)特征,并通過(guò)構(gòu)建偏最小二乘通徑模型探討社交網(wǎng)絡(luò)、應(yīng)對(duì)技能與大學(xué)生近期自殺意念之間的調(diào)控關(guān)系及影響通徑。結(jié)果:大學(xué)生過(guò)去一年內(nèi)自殺意念檢出率為7.27%(434/5972),社交網(wǎng)絡(luò)貧乏(如,沒(méi)有穩(wěn)定的戀愛(ài)關(guān)系,β=0.305,P=0.013),缺乏成熟的應(yīng)對(duì)技能(如,應(yīng)對(duì)技能分量表中"邏輯分析"T≥55時(shí),β=0.393,P=0.041)是大學(xué)生近期自殺意念的危險(xiǎn)因素。偏最小二乘通徑模型結(jié)果顯示,社交網(wǎng)絡(luò)、積極應(yīng)對(duì)、消極應(yīng)對(duì)潛變量對(duì)自殺意念有直接效應(yīng),同時(shí)也通過(guò)心理癥狀潛變量對(duì)自殺意念產(chǎn)生間接效應(yīng)。結(jié)論:應(yīng)對(duì)技能不成熟,社交網(wǎng)絡(luò)貧乏是自殺意念的危險(xiǎn)因素,因此在干預(yù)策略上,通過(guò)構(gòu)建健全的社交網(wǎng)絡(luò)、改善和提高大學(xué)生的應(yīng)對(duì)技能等措施可能會(huì)避免或降低大學(xué)生自殺意念產(chǎn)生的可能性。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the relationship between recent suicidal ideation, social network and coping skills of college students. Methods: 5972 college students were selected by stratified cluster random sampling, and their suicidal ideation questionnaire was used to investigate the relationship between suicide ideation and coping skills. The social network questionnaire and coping skills scale were used to investigate the epidemiological characteristics of suicidal ideation in college students, and the partial least square path model was constructed to explore the social network.
