胰腺血管的3D解剖結(jié)構(gòu)研究

【摘要】:目的探討胰腺周?chē)艿?D解剖結(jié)構(gòu)及臨床應(yīng)用意義。方法應(yīng)用GE64層CT對(duì)50例體檢者進(jìn)行掃描,采用Myrian系統(tǒng)對(duì)胰腺周?chē)鷦?dòng)脈、門(mén)靜脈、脾靜脈、腸系膜上靜脈及腸系膜下靜脈進(jìn)行3D重建,并測(cè)量相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)。結(jié)果腹腔干、肝總動(dòng)脈、肝固有動(dòng)脈、脾動(dòng)脈、胃十二指腸動(dòng)脈及腸系膜上動(dòng)脈可完全顯示;門(mén)靜脈、脾靜脈、腸系膜上靜脈及腸系膜下靜脈可完全顯示;門(mén)靜脈干長(zhǎng)度為(44.28±10.23)mm,胰后干長(zhǎng)度為(32.13±7.08)mm;門(mén)靜脈與脾靜脈之間的夾角可分為3型:Ⅰ型,90°;Ⅱ型,=90°;Ⅲ型,90°。30%腸系膜下靜脈匯入脾靜脈,56%匯入腸系膜上靜脈,14%匯入脾靜脈和腸系膜上靜脈交匯點(diǎn)。結(jié)論術(shù)前可利用Myrian系統(tǒng)對(duì)胰腺周?chē)苄?D重建,為研究胰腺周?chē)芴峁┙馄蕦W(xué)基礎(chǔ),并可減少胰腺手術(shù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the 3D anatomical structure of peripancreatic vessels and its clinical significance. Methods 50 cases of physical examination were scanned by GE64 slice CT, and the peripancreatic artery, portal vein and splenic vein were examined by Myrian system. The superior mesenteric vein and inferior mesenteric vein were reconstructed in 3D and the relevant data were measured. Results the celiac trunk, common hepatic artery, propria hepatic artery, splenic artery, gastroduodenal artery and superior mesenteric artery could be displayed completely; portal vein, splenic vein, portal vein, splenic vein, portal vein, splenic vein, portal vein, splenic vein, Superior mesenteric vein and inferior mesenteric vein can be displayed completely.
