【摘要】：真核細胞中蛋白磷酸酶(protein phosphatase)參與細胞分裂、凋亡,調(diào)控細胞周期,參與許多信號轉導過程并發(fā)揮重要生物學功能。在天然免疫應答中,當病毒入侵機體后,多種蛋白磷酸酶能夠通過控制其中關鍵蛋白的磷酸化水平,調(diào)控抗病毒免疫應答反應。本文將分別介紹絲/蘇氨酸蛋白磷酸酶、酪氨酸蛋白磷酸酶和脂類磷酸酶在抗病毒天然免疫應答中的調(diào)控作用。
[Abstract]:In eukaryotic cells, phosphatases participate in cell division, apoptosis, regulation of cell cycle, participate in many signal transduction processes and play important biological functions. Many kinds of protein phosphatase can regulate the antiviral immune response by controlling the phosphorylation level of the key protein. This article introduces the silk / threonine protein phosphatase. The role of tyrosine protein phosphatase and lipid phosphatase in anti-viral innate immune response.
