中國蒙古族正常人脛骨近端截骨面數(shù)字化形態(tài)學(xué)特征

【摘要】:背景:中國蒙古族人脛骨近端截骨面與國外及國內(nèi)其他民族是否存在差異尚不清楚。目的:通過對蒙古族人脛骨近端截骨面各線性參數(shù)測量,分析中國北方地區(qū)蒙古族人脛骨近端截骨面解剖形態(tài)學(xué)特點。方法:CT薄層掃描38例健康蒙古族人志愿者雙膝關(guān)節(jié),掃描膝關(guān)節(jié)線上下各20 cm;原始Dicom數(shù)據(jù)導(dǎo)入電腦。應(yīng)用Mimics軟件,重建膝關(guān)節(jié)三維模型,隱藏股骨和髕骨。STL格式的脛骨三維模型圖像導(dǎo)入3-Matic軟件,顯示出脛骨的正內(nèi)側(cè)面,以內(nèi)側(cè)脛骨平臺最低點為基點,在內(nèi)側(cè)脛骨平臺下方6 mm處,保持脛骨7°后傾角模擬全髖關(guān)節(jié)置換截骨,測量脛骨近端截骨面參數(shù)。結(jié)果與結(jié)論:①測量參數(shù)數(shù)據(jù):健康蒙古族人志愿者38例脛骨左右側(cè)徑(79.99±3.70)mm(左),(80.25±4.01)mm(右);脛骨前后徑(52.27±3.07)mm(左),(51.75±2.40)mm(右);脛骨內(nèi)側(cè)前后徑(55.40±2.00)(左),(56.67±2.47)mm(右);脛骨外側(cè)前后徑(49.84±2.78)mm(左),49.58±2.80)mm(右);②測量參數(shù)差異:蒙古族人左右側(cè)脛骨近端截骨面各線性參數(shù)差異無顯著性意義(P0.05);脛骨近端截骨面內(nèi)側(cè)前后徑大于外側(cè)前后徑(P0.05);男性脛骨近端截骨面各線性參數(shù)大于女性(P0.05);蒙古族人脛骨近端截骨面與部分國內(nèi)外測量結(jié)果比較,各線性參數(shù)與國外及中國其他民族和地區(qū)存在一定差異;③結(jié)果證實,東西方種族間脛骨平臺截骨面解剖形態(tài)學(xué)存在明顯差異;中國人不同民族及地域,脛骨平臺幾何學(xué)參數(shù)同樣可能存在差異,未來有必要應(yīng)用數(shù)字骨科技術(shù),對不同地域不同民族進(jìn)行大樣本數(shù)據(jù)調(diào)查和分析。
[Abstract]:Background: it is not clear whether there is a difference between the proximal tibial osteotomy of Chinese Mongolians and that of other nationalities abroad and at home. Objective: to measure the linear parameters of proximal tibia osteotomy in Mongolian. The anatomical and morphological features of proximal tibia osteotomy of Mongolian people in northern China were analyzed. Methods 38 healthy Mongolian volunteers were scanned with double knee joints with 20 cm above and below the knee joint line, and the original Dicom data were imported into computer. Mimics software was used. The 3D model of knee joint was reconstructed and the 3D images of tibia in the form of femur and patella. STL were imported into 3-Matic software to show the positive medial side of the tibia. The lowest point of the medial tibial plateau was 6 mm below the medial tibial plateau, 6 mm below the medial tibial plateau. Retaining 7 擄posterior tibia angle to simulate total hip replacement osteotomy, Results and conclusion the parameters of proximal tibia osteotomy were measured. Results and conclusions the parameters data of 38 healthy Mongolian volunteers were as follows: the left and right tibia diameters were 79.99 鹵3.70 mm (80.25 鹵4.01 mm), the tibial anterior and posterior diameters were 52.27 鹵3.07 mm (51.75 鹵2.40 mm) (right tibia); the anteroposterior and anteroposterior diameters of tibia were 55.40 鹵2.00 mm (56.67 鹵2.47 mm). The lateral anteroposterior diameter of the bone was 49.84 鹵2.78mm (left 49.58 鹵2.80mm). (2) the difference of the parameters of the right and left tibia osteotomy: there was no significant difference in the linear parameters between the left and right sides of the proximal tibia osteotomy; the medial diameter of the proximal tibial osteotomy was larger than that of the lateral anterior and posterior diameters (P0.05); the male tibia was larger than that of the lateral anterior and posterior diameters (P0.05). The linear parameters of proximal osteotomy were higher than that of female osteotomy, and the results of proximal tibial osteotomy of Mongolian people were compared with those of some domestic and international measurements. The results show that there are obvious differences in anatomical morphology of the osteotomy surface of tibial plateau between eastern and western ethnic groups, different nationalities and regions of Chinese, and different nationalities and regions of China. The geometric parameters of tibial plateau may also be different. It is necessary to use digital orthopedic technique to investigate and analyze large sample data of different regions and nationalities in the future.
