【摘要】：目的比較10%水合氯醛與2%戊巴比妥鈉在建立術(shù)后疲勞綜合征(POFS)大鼠模型中的麻醉效果。方法采用70%中段小腸切除后端端吻合法建立術(shù)后疲勞綜合征大鼠模型。將SPF級(jí)健康雄性大鼠24只,隨機(jī)分為10%水合氯醛組(A組)、2%戊巴比妥鈉組(B組)麻醉,觀察比較麻醉指標(biāo)(麻醉死亡率、麻醉狀態(tài)、麻醉時(shí)間、首劑麻醉成功率),術(shù)后疲勞綜合征評(píng)測(cè)指標(biāo)(術(shù)前、術(shù)后6 h、2、4、6、8 d大鼠的肛溫,術(shù)后第2~7天進(jìn)行水迷宮實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果,術(shù)后1、3、5、7 d測(cè)試最大抓力結(jié)果)。結(jié)果兩組大鼠的死亡率未見(jiàn)明顯差異,與B組比較,A組麻醉誘導(dǎo)時(shí)間和深度麻醉時(shí)間更短(P0.05),術(shù)后肛溫恢復(fù)更快(P0.05),最大抓力在術(shù)后第1、3、5、7天明顯更大(P0.05),在水迷宮實(shí)驗(yàn)中總平均逃避潛伏期明顯更短(P0.05),穿越平臺(tái)次數(shù)明顯更多(P0.05)。結(jié)論在POFS大鼠模型制備中,與2%戊巴比妥相比較,采用10%水合氯醛麻醉,麻醉誘導(dǎo)時(shí)間更短,深度麻醉時(shí)間適中,首劑麻醉成功率高。麻醉可能對(duì)POFS的程度有一定影響,選用10%水合氯醛作為麻醉劑,大鼠模型的POFS程度更輕,質(zhì)量控制較好。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare the anesthetic effect of 10% chloral hydrate and 2% pentobarbital sodium in the establishment of the rat model of postoperative fatigue syndrome (POFS). 24 healthy SPF male rats, 10% chloral hydrate group was randomly divided into 2% pentobarbital sodium group (group B). The anaesthesia indexes (mortality rate, state of anesthesia, time of anesthesia, success rate of first dose anesthesia, postoperative fatigue syndrome index before operation) were observed and compared. The anus temperature of rats was measured at 6 hours after operation. The results of water maze test were performed on the 2nd day and 7th day after operation. The maximum grasping force was measured at 1: 3 and 5 ~ 5 days postoperatively. Results there was no significant difference in mortality between the two groups, and there was no significant difference in the mortality between the two groups. Compared with group B, the induction time of anesthesia and the time of deep anesthesia in group A were shorter than those in group B, the anus temperature recovered faster after operation and the recovery of anus temperature was faster than that in group B. The maximum grasping power was significantly larger than that in group B on the 7th day after operation. The total average escape latency in water maze experiment was significantly shorter than that in water maze experiment (P 0.05). Conclusion in the preparation of POFS rat model, the frequency of P0.05 is more than that of P0.05.Conclusion in the preparation of POFS rat model, Compared with 2% pentobarbital, 10% chloral hydrate anesthesia had shorter induction time, moderate depth anesthesia time and high success rate of first dose anesthesia. Anesthesia may have some influence on the degree of POFS. 10% chloral hydrate was selected as anesthetic agent. The POFS of rat model was lighter and the quality control was better.
