微循環(huán)血流特征分析及其單元的模擬研究

【摘要】:微循環(huán)調(diào)節(jié)是循環(huán)系統(tǒng)能夠統(tǒng)一調(diào)控和有序運(yùn)行的基礎(chǔ),代謝性調(diào)節(jié)是微循環(huán)的主要調(diào)節(jié)方式之一。毛細(xì)血管是代謝性調(diào)節(jié)最末端的調(diào)節(jié)和功能性單元(毛細(xì)血管單元),是微循環(huán)調(diào)節(jié)實(shí)現(xiàn)的重要環(huán)節(jié)。但是當(dāng)前毛細(xì)血管單元的原位檢測(cè)手段比較缺乏,使得我們通過毛細(xì)血管單元來了解微循環(huán)動(dòng)態(tài)變化特征時(shí)遇到困難。此外,微循環(huán)的主要功能是在毛細(xì)血管和組織細(xì)胞之間進(jìn)行物質(zhì)交換,微循環(huán)調(diào)控的精確機(jī)制還未得到闡明。因此,如何通過探索和闡明毛細(xì)血管結(jié)構(gòu)及血流特征來了解和研究微循環(huán)的調(diào)控機(jī)制依然是一項(xiàng)值得關(guān)注的工作。 本文依據(jù)在微循環(huán)代謝性調(diào)節(jié)理論方面方面提出的新的觀點(diǎn),主要針對(duì)如下兩方面問題展開研究。第一,關(guān)注于微循環(huán)代謝性調(diào)節(jié)下的血流特征及其調(diào)控模式。利用青蛙腸系膜實(shí)驗(yàn),對(duì)腸系膜微循環(huán)中的一些血流現(xiàn)象進(jìn)行了描述,并通過分析對(duì)微循環(huán)的血流特征得到了一些新的認(rèn)識(shí)。第二,通過制作模擬微循環(huán)單元的一些基礎(chǔ)實(shí)驗(yàn)裝置,對(duì)微循環(huán)的血流狀況進(jìn)行模擬研究,通過對(duì)實(shí)驗(yàn)中的血流灌注進(jìn)行調(diào)節(jié)與改變,測(cè)量了微循環(huán)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的流量,并通過對(duì)模擬微循環(huán)單元血流特征和實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)的分析,探討了微循環(huán)單元的結(jié)構(gòu)與血流的關(guān)系、微循環(huán)單元的數(shù)量與血流的關(guān)系、各微循環(huán)單元之間血流的互動(dòng)與關(guān)系、直捷通路的作用等問題,研究結(jié)果使得我們獲得了對(duì)MVUs的運(yùn)行模式及微循環(huán)調(diào)控機(jī)制的一些新理解。
[Abstract]:Microcirculation regulation is the basis for the unified regulation and orderly operation of the circulatory system. Metabolic regulation is one of the main regulation modes of microcirculation. Capillary is the terminal regulation and functional unit of metabolic regulation. The in-situ inspection of the tube unit is relatively lacking. That makes it difficult to understand the dynamic characteristics of microcirculation through capillary units. In addition, the main function of microcirculation is to exchange substances between capillaries and tissue cells. The precise mechanism of microcirculation regulation has not been elucidated. Therefore, how to understand and study the regulation mechanism of microcirculation by exploring and clarifying the capillary structure and blood flow characteristics is still a work worthy of attention. Based on the new viewpoint in the theory of microcirculatory metabolic regulation, this paper focuses on the following two aspects: first, Focusing on the characteristics of blood flow and its regulatory pattern under metabolic regulation of microcirculation, some blood flow phenomena in mesenteric microcirculation were described by frog mesenteric experiment. By analyzing the characteristics of blood flow of microcirculation, some new understandings are obtained. Secondly, the blood flow of microcirculation is simulated and studied by making some basic experimental devices for simulating microcirculation unit. The flow rate of microcirculation network was measured by adjusting and changing the blood perfusion in the experiment. The relationship between the structure of the microcirculation unit and the blood flow was discussed by analyzing the blood flow characteristics and experimental data of the simulated microcirculation unit. The relationship between the number of microcirculation units and blood flow, the interaction and relationship of blood flow among various microcirculation units, the role of direct pathway and so on. The results of this study have led us to obtain some new understanding of the operation mode of MVUs and the mechanism of microcirculation regulation.
