【摘要】：目的:探討320排CT靜脈造影及其不同后處理方法對觀察枕竇的可靠性及臨床價值。方法:本研究回顧性分析2014-2015年之間在我醫(yī)院320排CT行頭顱CTV檢查的140例(其中男性82例,女性58例,年齡60±15歲)患者的影像學(xué)資料。分別應(yīng)用VR和MPR技術(shù)對140例患者的枕竇進(jìn)行觀察,測量枕竇的直徑,并統(tǒng)計其顯示率。結(jié)果:枕竇直徑值為3.32±1.96cm;單獨使用VR時,140例患者中的29例(20.7%)的枕竇得到顯示,而VR結(jié)合MPR使用時,77例(55%)的枕竇可被顯示。不同性別的枕竇顯示率沒有顯著差異(P0.05),但50歲以上患者枕竇的顯示率(59.3%)高于50歲以下的患者(40.6%),(P0.05)。結(jié)論:320排CTV是一種顯示枕竇解剖的可靠檢查方法,VR結(jié)合MPR使用可以明顯提高枕竇的顯示率及細(xì)微解剖判斷的準(zhǔn)確性。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the reliability and clinical value of 320 slice CT venography and its different postprocessing methods in occipital sinus. Methods: this study retrospectively analyzed 140 cases (82 male) of head CTV in 320 row CT from 2014 to 2015 in our hospital. The imaging data of 58 female patients, aged 60 鹵15 years, were observed by VR and MPR techniques, and the diameter of occipital sinus was measured. Results: the diameter of occipital sinus was 3.32 鹵1.96 cm. The occipital sinuses of 77 patients with VR combined with MPR) could be displayed. There was no significant difference in the display rate of occipital sinuses between different genders (P 0.05), but the display rate of occipital sinuses in patients over 50 years old was 59.3%) higher than that in patients under 50 years old. Conclusion CTV is a kind of display. The reliable examination method of occipital sinus anatomy: VR combined with MPR can obviously improve the display rate of occipital sinus and the accuracy of fine anatomic judgment.
