【摘要】：目的:為乙狀竇后徑路小腦橋腦角內(nèi)鏡的應(yīng)用提供相應(yīng)的解剖學(xué)依據(jù)。方法:對20具(40側(cè))甲醛固定的成人頭顱,模擬乙狀竇后徑路手術(shù),觀察顱內(nèi)相關(guān)解剖并測量相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)。結(jié)果:乙狀竇后緣中點至聽神經(jīng)(近內(nèi)耳門處)、三叉神經(jīng)(近Meckel腔處)、舌咽神經(jīng)(近頸靜脈孔處)、內(nèi)耳門后緣中點的連線長度和各連線與正中矢狀面成角分別為(32.8±1.7)mm、(32.6±7.7)°,(46.3±1.8)mm、(31.4±4.1)°,(29.4±3.0)mm、(40.2±6.9)°,(31.2±2.0)mm、(32.7±4.9)°。結(jié)論:此數(shù)據(jù)為術(shù)中準確定位提供了參考。
[Abstract]:Objective: to provide anatomic basis for the application of posterior sigmoid sinus approach to the endoscopy of cerebellopontine angle. Results: the median point of the posterior margin of the sigmoid sinus to the auditory nerve (proximal to the internal auditory hilum), the trigeminal nerve (near the Meckel cavity), the glossopharyngeal nerve (near the jugular foramen, the middle point of the posterior margin of the internal ear portal). The degrees and angles of each line to the median sagittal plane were 32.8 鹵1.7m ~ (-1) ~ 32.6 鹵7.7d ~ 46.3 鹵1.8m ~ (-1) ~ (31.4 鹵4.1) 擄~ 29.4 鹵3.0m ~ (-1) ~ (40.2 鹵6.9) 擄~ 31.2 鹵2.0 ~ (mm) ~ (32.7 鹵4.9o) 擄respectively. Conclusion: this data provides a reference for accurate localization during operation.
