心臟Telocytes在年老大鼠心臟的分布

【摘要】:目的探討心臟Telocytes(CTs)在年老大鼠心臟的形態(tài)、分布及與年青心臟比較的異同。方法使用透射電子顯微鏡、生物測量、免疫熒光染色等技術(shù),對24月齡年老大鼠心臟的心房部分、心室中間部分及心尖部分的代表性橫切面中,CTs的形態(tài)、分布與細(xì)胞密度進(jìn)行半定量分析。結(jié)果年老心臟3個(gè)代表性橫切面的心肌細(xì)胞間隙和微血管周邊均存在許多CTs,上述3個(gè)不同部位的CTs的形態(tài)指標(biāo)的半定量分析值十分接近,差異沒有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。經(jīng)分離的年老心臟CTs與年青心臟一樣表達(dá)c-Kit和CD34。對3個(gè)代表性橫切面CTs細(xì)胞密度的半定量分析結(jié)果顯示,年老大鼠心房部分的CTs密度[(47.65±4.01)個(gè)/mm~2]顯著高于心尖部分[(33.68±2.53)個(gè)/mm2]和中間部分[(26.49±2.11)個(gè)/mm~2](P0.05)。年老心臟CTs在上述區(qū)域分布的差異,與我們前期所觀察到的年青大鼠心臟相應(yīng)區(qū)域CTs的分布規(guī)律相一致[7],但年老心臟上述3個(gè)區(qū)域CTs的密度均顯著性高于年青心臟對應(yīng)區(qū)域(P0.05)。結(jié)論年老心臟存在CTs,其心房部分的CTs密度顯著高于心尖部分和心室中間部分,該分布規(guī)律與年青大鼠相一致,但年老心臟上述區(qū)域CTs的密度顯著高于年青心臟。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the morphology, distribution and comparison of cardiac Telocytes-CTs in aged rats. Methods Transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and biological measurement were used. The morphology of CTs in the typical transverse section of the heart of 24 month old rats was studied by immunofluorescence staining. The central part of the heart and the middle part of the ventricle and the apical part of the heart. Results there was a lot of CTs in the intercellular space and the periphery of microvessel in the three representative cross-sectional sections of the aged heart. The semi-quantitative analysis values of the morphological indexes of the above three different parts of CTs were very close to each other. The difference was not statistically significant. The isolated aged heart CTs expressed c-Kit and CD34 the same as the young heart. The semi-quantitative analysis of the density of CTs cells in the three representative transverse sections showed. CTs density in the atrium of aged rats. [47.65 鹵4.01) / mmmmm2] was significantly higher than the apical part. [33.68 鹵2.53% / mm2] and middle part. [The distribution of CTs in the aged heart was different in the above regions. This is consistent with the distribution of CTs in the corresponding region of the heart of the young rat. [However, the density of CTs in the above three regions of the aged heart was significantly higher than that in the young heart (P 0.05). Conclusion there is CTs in the aged heart. The density of CTs in the atrial part was significantly higher than that in the apical part and the middle part of the ventricle, which was consistent with that of the young rat, but the density of CTs in these areas of the aged heart was significantly higher than that in the young heart.
