【摘要】：MicroRNA是一類通過影響RNA表達(dá)、抑制蛋白質(zhì)翻譯來調(diào)節(jié)基因表達(dá)的內(nèi)源性非編碼小分子RNA。自從2014年首次發(fā)現(xiàn)蘇丹型和扎伊爾型埃博拉病毒能夠編碼microRNA以來,不斷有研究發(fā)現(xiàn)新的病毒microRNA以及其在埃博拉病毒復(fù)制、擴(kuò)散、免疫逃逸中發(fā)揮的作用。宿主microRNA則參與到抗病毒防御機(jī)制中,但也面臨著病毒蛋白對(duì)其調(diào)控的阻力包括相應(yīng)宿主microRNA水平的變化以及RNA沉默抑制子的編碼。深入研究埃博拉病毒與宿主在microRNA水平上的動(dòng)態(tài)相互作用,有利于進(jìn)一步了解埃博拉病毒的致病機(jī)制以及開發(fā)新的診斷、治療策略。本文就microRNA在埃博拉病毒感染中的作用做一簡要綜述。
[Abstract]:MicroRNA is a kind of expression by influencing RNA expression. An endogenous non-coding small molecule that inhibits protein translation to regulate gene expression. Since 2014, Sudan and Zairian Ebola viruses have been found to be able to encode microRNA for the first time. New virus microRNA and its role in the replication, diffusion and immune escape of Ebola virus have been found. Host microRNA is involved in anti-virus defense mechanism. However, the resistance of viral proteins to its regulation includes changes in the level of microRNA of the corresponding host and the coding of RNA silencing suppressor. Further study on Ebola virus and its host in microRNA. Dynamic interaction at the level. It is helpful to further understand the pathogenesis of Ebola virus and to develop new diagnosis and treatment strategy. This article briefly reviews the role of microRNA in Ebola virus infection.
