隱孢子蟲(chóng)實(shí)驗(yàn)室安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估模型的建立

【摘要】:目的建立隱孢子蟲(chóng)實(shí)驗(yàn)室安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估模型,為從事隱孢子蟲(chóng)相關(guān)操作的實(shí)驗(yàn)室人員做好安全工作和預(yù)防實(shí)驗(yàn)室內(nèi)發(fā)生隱孢子蟲(chóng)感染提供依據(jù)。方法通過(guò)查閱文獻(xiàn)和德?tīng)柗品ù_定隱孢子蟲(chóng)實(shí)驗(yàn)室感染發(fā)生的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素,然后通過(guò)模糊層次分析法確定風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素的權(quán)重,建立隱孢子蟲(chóng)實(shí)驗(yàn)室安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估模型。結(jié)果建立了隱孢子蟲(chóng)實(shí)驗(yàn)室安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估模型,各風(fēng)險(xiǎn)指標(biāo)中糞便樣本處理發(fā)生隱孢子蟲(chóng)實(shí)驗(yàn)室感染的概率較高,且危害程度高,其發(fā)生可能性、危害程度的指標(biāo)組合權(quán)重分別為0.111和0.107,屬于高危風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素。結(jié)論本研究建立的隱孢子蟲(chóng)實(shí)驗(yàn)室安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)估模型具有可行性,可望為實(shí)驗(yàn)室人員做好相應(yīng)防護(hù)措施、預(yù)防實(shí)驗(yàn)室內(nèi)發(fā)生隱孢子蟲(chóng)感染發(fā)生提供依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Objective to establish a laboratory safety risk assessment model for Cryptosporidium. To provide a basis for the safety work and prevention of Cryptosporidium infection among laboratory personnel engaged in cryptosporidium related operations. Methods the incidence of Cryptosporidium infection in laboratory was determined by literature review and Delphi method. Risk factors. Then the weight of risk factors is determined by fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and the model of laboratory safety risk assessment of Cryptosporidium is established. Results the model of laboratory safety risk assessment of Cryptosporidium is established. Among the risk indicators, the probability of laboratory infection of Cryptosporidium in fecal sample treatment was higher, and the degree of harm was high. The probability of occurrence and the combined weight of the index of hazard degree were 0.111 and 0.107, respectively. Conclusion the model of laboratory safety risk assessment of Cryptosporidium is feasible, and it is expected to be a good protective measure for laboratory personnel.
