假結(jié)核耶爾森氏菌與宿主之間相互作用的分子機(jī)制研究進(jìn)展

【摘要】:耶爾森氏菌屬中有3個(gè)種對(duì)人和動(dòng)物具有致病性,包括鼠疫桿菌(Yersinia pestis)、小腸結(jié)腸炎耶爾森氏菌(Yersinia enterocolitica)和假結(jié)核耶爾森氏菌(Yersinia pseudotuberculosis)。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),假結(jié)核耶爾森氏菌能通過(guò)小鼠小腸派氏淋巴結(jié)的M細(xì)胞(Microfold cell)進(jìn)行跨細(xì)胞轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)。這種轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)方式首先是細(xì)菌利用其表面蛋白侵襲素Invasin或黏附素Yad A蛋白識(shí)別并結(jié)合宿主細(xì)胞表面的整合素Integrin受體家族成員的β1鏈,然后細(xì)胞膜上的分泌通道打開(kāi),細(xì)菌利用Ⅲ型分泌系統(tǒng)把效應(yīng)蛋白注入宿主細(xì)胞內(nèi),破壞宿主細(xì)胞免疫系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行感染的過(guò)程。過(guò)去三十年內(nèi)關(guān)于假結(jié)核耶爾森氏菌有大量的文獻(xiàn)報(bào)道,本文綜述該菌與宿主細(xì)胞之間相互作用分子機(jī)制的研究進(jìn)展,并討論目前關(guān)于假結(jié)核耶爾森氏菌的研究方向及熱點(diǎn)。
