【摘要】：正脊柱全長分布有密集的靜脈叢,包括位于脊柱外周的椎外靜脈叢和位于椎管內(nèi)的椎內(nèi)靜脈叢。椎外靜脈叢又包括椎外前靜脈叢和椎外后靜脈叢;椎內(nèi)靜脈叢又包括椎內(nèi)前靜脈叢和椎內(nèi)后靜脈叢。頸椎周圍靜脈叢除了上述靜脈叢外還有橫突孔內(nèi)靜脈叢。與脊柱其它部分相比,頸椎結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜,病變多發(fā),手術(shù)難度大。本文重點(diǎn)介紹頸椎靜脈叢及其相關(guān)的臨床應(yīng)用,為臨床準(zhǔn)確診斷,充分術(shù)前準(zhǔn)備和降低頸椎相關(guān)手術(shù)中出血危險(xiǎn)提供依據(jù)。1頸椎椎外靜脈叢
[Abstract]:There are dense venous plexus in the full length of spinal column, including the external vertebral plexus located in the periphery of the spine and the intravertebral venous plexus in the spinal canal, and the external vertebral venous plexus includes the external anterior venous plexus and the posterior vertebral venous plexus. The intraspinal venous plexus includes the anterior intravertebral venous plexus and the posterior intraspinal venous plexus. In addition to the above venous plexus there is also a transverse foramen venous plexus. Compared with other parts of the spine the cervical vertebra structure is complex with multiple lesions. This article focuses on the clinical application of cervical venous plexus, which provides evidence for accurate diagnosis, adequate preoperative preparation and reduction of bleeding risk in cervical vertebrae related surgery.
