【摘要】：目的:探究肉蓯蓉不同炮制品對(duì)衰老大鼠抗衰老及免疫功能的影響。方法:提取肉蓯蓉不同炮制品提取物,備用;把SD大鼠隨機(jī)分為空白組、模型組、對(duì)照組、生蓯蓉高、中、低劑量組、制蓯蓉高、中、低劑量組。灌胃給予D-半乳糖建立衰老大鼠模型,用ELISA法檢測(cè)大鼠血清中MDA、SOD、NO的含量,計(jì)算脾臟、胸腺系數(shù);同時(shí)觀察脾臟組織病理形態(tài)學(xué)變化及腦內(nèi)mt DNA缺失情況。結(jié)果:衰老大鼠血清中MDA、NO顯著升高(P0.01),SOD顯著降低(P0.01),模型組胸腺和脾臟系數(shù)有下降的趨勢(shì),脾臟發(fā)生明顯病理?yè)p傷,且腦內(nèi)mt DNA也出現(xiàn)缺失情況。肉蓯蓉不同炮制品能明顯降低MDA、NO(P0.01或P0.05)的水平,SOD有上升的趨勢(shì),且能提高脾臟指數(shù)、胸腺指數(shù),改善脾臟的病理?yè)p傷,腦內(nèi)mt DNA高劑量組及陽(yáng)性藥組也未出現(xiàn)缺失情況。制品肉蓯蓉優(yōu)于生品肉蓯蓉,高劑量組優(yōu)于低劑量組。結(jié)論:肉蓯蓉不同炮制品具有不同程度的抗衰老及免疫調(diào)節(jié)作用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the effect of different processing products of Cistanche deserticola (Cistanche deserticola) on anti-aging and immune function in aging rats. SD rats were randomly divided into blank group, model group, control group, Cistanche high, middle and low dose groups, Cistanche Cistanche high, medium and low dose groups. The aging rat model was established by intragastric administration of D-galactose. The content of MDA-SODN in rat serum was determined by ELISA method, and the coefficients of spleen and thymus were calculated. At the same time, the pathomorphological changes of spleen and the deletion of Mt DNA in brain were observed. Results: MDAN in serum of aging rats was significantly increased (P 0.01). SOD significantly decreased P0.01, the thymus and spleen coefficients of the model group decreased, spleen pathological damage occurred. The level of mt DNA in the brain was significantly decreased by Cistanche deserticola (Cistanche deserticola), and the level of MDANONOP0.01 or P0.05) was significantly decreased in Cistanche deserticola (Cistanche deserticola). And can improve spleen index, thymus index, improve spleen pathological injury, brain Mt DNA high dose group and positive drug group did not appear the absence of the situation. Cistanche Cistanche is superior to the raw Cistanche Cistanche. Conclusion: different processed products of Cistanche deserticola have different anti-aging and immunomodulatory effects.
