【摘要】:脊髓背角膠狀質(zhì)神經(jīng)元在痛信息傳遞過(guò)程中具有重要作用。其形態(tài)學(xué)分類(lèi)及電生理學(xué)特性復(fù)雜,形態(tài)學(xué)大體上可分為島神經(jīng)元、中央神經(jīng)元、放射狀神經(jīng)元、垂直神經(jīng)元以及不能分類(lèi)神經(jīng)元;電生理學(xué)主要包括被動(dòng)膜特性(靜息電位、膜電容和膜電阻)、主動(dòng)膜特性(動(dòng)作電位,包括其放電模式、閾值、基電流、半寬度、振幅等)以及興奮性或抑制性突觸后電流等。本文對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外脊髓背角膠狀質(zhì)神經(jīng)元形態(tài)學(xué)與電生理學(xué)的研究進(jìn)展予以綜述。
[Abstract]:The colloidal neurons in the dorsal horn of spinal cord play an important role in the transmission of pain information. Their morphological classification and electrophysiological characteristics are complex, which can be divided into island neurons, central neurons and radial neurons. Vertical neurons and unclassified neurons; Electrophysiology mainly includes passive membrane characteristics (resting potential, membrane capacitance and membrane resistance), active membrane characteristics (action potential, including its discharge mode, threshold, base current, half width). ) and excitatory or suppressive postsynaptic currents. In this review, the morphological and electrophysiological studies of colloidal neurons in the dorsal horn of the spinal cord at home and abroad are reviewed.

【正文快照】: 脊髓背角膠狀質(zhì)(substantia gelatinosa,SG)區(qū),即脊髓背角II層,是外周傷害性信息向中樞傳遞的第一個(gè)中繼站。傷害性信息經(jīng)由Aδ及C纖維傳入,在SG區(qū)得到初步整合,再經(jīng)過(guò)脊髓丘腦束等上行通路進(jìn)入中樞神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)高級(jí)部位,同時(shí)SG區(qū)還匯聚來(lái)自腦干和大腦皮質(zhì)的下行抑制性投射神經(jīng)纖
