文章摘要：目的：探討穩(wěn)心顆粒聯(lián)合西藥治療心律失常臨床療效及其安全性,為臨床診斷治療提供參考。方法：94例心律失�；颊吒鶕�(jù)隨機數(shù)字表法隨機分為對照組和觀察組,各47例。對照組采用普羅帕酮片治療,觀察組在對照組基礎上結(jié)合穩(wěn)心顆粒治療。兩組治療療程均為4周。結(jié)果：觀察組治療后總有效率（91.49%）顯著高于對照組（72.34%）,且具有統(tǒng)計學差異（P〈0.05）;兩組患者治療前后心率變化比較差異不具有統(tǒng)計學意義（P〉0.05）;觀察組治療后ST段壓低、室性早搏、ST段壓持續(xù)時間顯著低于治療前及對照組治療后,且有統(tǒng)計學差異（P〈0.05）;觀察組治療后不良反應發(fā)生率顯著低于對照組,且有統(tǒng)計學差異（P〈0.05）。結(jié)論：穩(wěn)心顆粒聯(lián)合西藥治療心律失常臨床療效顯著,且不良反應少,臨床應用安全可靠,值得進一步推廣應用。

Abstr：Objective： To investigate Wenxinkeli combined western medicine clinical efficacy and safety of arrhythmia,provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods： 94 cases of arrhythmia in this group were randomly divided into a control group and observation group according to the random number table,all 47 cases. The control group was propafenone tablets in the treatment,combined with the observation group Wenxinkeli treatment on the basis of the control group. Treatment,a course of four weeks. Results： The total treatment efficiency（ 91. 49%） was significantly higher（ 72. 34%）,and has a statistically significant difference（ P〈0. 05）; heart rate difference between the two groups of patients before and after treatment was not statistically significant（ P〉0. 05）; observation group after treatment ST-segment depression,premature ventricular contractions,ST segment depression was significantly lower than the duration of the treatment and control group before and after treatment,and there is statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）; observation group after treatment adverse events rate was significantly lower than the control group,and there is significant difference（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Wenxinkeli combined western medicine arrhythmia significant clinical effect and adverse reactions,clinical application is safe and reliable,worthy of further application.
