血府逐瘀湯聯(lián)合西藥治療老年難治性高血壓隨機(jī)平行對照研究

文章摘要：[目的]觀察血府逐瘀湯聯(lián)合西藥治療老年難治性高血壓療效。[方法]使用隨機(jī)平行對照方法．將128例住院及門診患者按抽簽法隨機(jī)分為兩組。對照組64例利尿劑、血管緊張素轉(zhuǎn)換酶抑制劑．13受體阻滯劑或二氫吡啶類鈣桔抗劑等三種以上藥物聯(lián)合。治療組64血府逐瘀湯（當(dāng)歸12g，黃芪30g，赤芍、川芎各10g，，桃仁、紅花、桔梗、枳殼各6g）；1劑／d，水煎100mL．早晚服用；心悸加丹參、郁金：痰濁加膽南星、半夏；嚴(yán)重失眠加夜交藤、炙遠(yuǎn)志、炒棗仁等；脾虛加白術(shù)、茯苓等。西藥治療同對照組。連續(xù)治療30d為1療程。觀測臨床癥狀、血壓變化、不良反應(yīng)。連續(xù)治療2療程，判定療效。[結(jié)果]治療組顯效46例．有效15例，無效3例，總有效率95．31％。對照組顯效27例．有效24例，無效13例。總有效率79．69％。治療組療效優(yōu)于對照組（P〈0．05）。血壓變化兩組均有改善（P〈0．05）．治療組改善優(yōu)于對照組（P〈0．05）。[結(jié)論]血府逐瘀湯聯(lián)合西藥治療老年難治性高血壓效果顯著．值得推廣。

[ Methods ] random parallel control method, 128 cases of hospitalized patients and outpatients were randomly divided into two groups according to . A control group of 64 patients based on the patient＇s own differences, and different tolerance to drugs , diuretics plus choose angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors as the basis for drug , plus β-blockers or dihydropyridine calcium antagonist like three or more drugs in combination scheme , based on the patient to choose the best combination of different treatment options . Treatment group 64 Xuefuzhuyu soup （ Danggui 12g, Huangqi 30g, Chishao, Chuanxiong 10g, Taoren , Honghua, Chishao, Jugeng each 6g ） ; 1does/d, decoction 100mL, sooner or later take ; accompanied by palpitations Danshen, Yujin ; phlegm may be appropriate to add Dannanxing, Banxia; severe insomnia plus Yejiaoteng, Zhiyuanzhi, fried Zaoren etc. ; spleen plus Baishn, Fuling, etc. Western medicine with the control group . 30d is a continuous course of treatment . Observation of clinical symptoms , blood pressure changes , adverse reactions. 2 courses of continuous treatment , to determine efficacy . [ Results ] 46 cases markedly effective in 15 cases, 3 cases, the total efficiency of 95.31% . The control group 27 cases markedly effective in 24 cases, 13 cases , the total efficiency of 79.69%. Treatment group than the control group （ P〈0.05 ） . Changes in blood pressure were improved in both groups （ P〈0.05 ）, improvement in the treatment group than the control group （ P〈0.05 ） .
