【摘要】：【目的】觀察蘇黃止咳膠囊對咳嗽變異性哮喘(cough variant asthma,CVA)豚鼠模型的療效,探討蘇黃止咳膠囊的作用機制�！痉椒ā繉�50只豚鼠隨機分成正常對照組、模型對照組、醋酸潑尼松組及蘇黃止咳膠囊高、低劑量組,復制CVA豚鼠模型,檢測各組豚鼠咳嗽反應(yīng)、肺組織病理學、支氣管肺泡灌洗液(BALF)中嗜酸粒細胞百分率及血清中白細胞介素-4(IL-4)、干擾素-γ(IFN-γ)、腫瘤壞死因子-α(TNF-α)、Ig E的水平變化。【結(jié)果】與正常對照組比較,模型對照組豚鼠咳嗽次數(shù)顯著增多(P0.05);與模型對照組比較,蘇黃高劑量組咳嗽次數(shù)顯著減少(P0.05)。與正常對照組比較,模型對照組BALF中嗜酸性粒細胞百分率顯著上升(P0.05);3個治療組嗜酸性粒細胞百分率均較模型組顯著降低(P0.05)。治療組肺組織病理改變較模型對照組減輕。與正常對照組比較,模型對照組血清中IL-4、TNF-α、Ig E水平顯著升高(P0.05);與模型對照組比較,醋酸潑尼松組血清中IL-4、TNF-α水平顯著下降,蘇黃高劑量組血清中TNF-α、Ig E水平顯著下降(P0.05)。【結(jié)論】蘇黃止咳膠囊可能通過降低血清中TNF-α和Ig E的水平,改善CVA豚鼠的咳嗽癥狀、氣道炎癥及肺組織病理變化,從而達到治療CVA的目的。
[Abstract]:[objective] to observe the effect of Suhuang Zhike capsule on cough variant asthmatic guinea pig model of cough variant asthma. To explore the mechanism of Suhuang Zhike capsule. [methods] 50 guinea pigs were randomly divided into normal control group, model control group, prednisone acetate group and Suhuang Zhike capsule high and low dose group, CVA guinea pig model was established. Cough reaction, lung histopathology, percentage of eosinophils in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) and interleukin-4 (IL-4) in serum were measured in each group. The levels of IFN- 緯, TNF- 偽 and Ig E in IFN- 緯, TNF- 偽, TNF- 偽 were compared with those in normal control group. In the model control group, the number of cough increased significantly (P 0.05). Compared with the model control group, the cough frequency of Suhuang high dose group was significantly decreased than that of normal control group. In model control group, the percentage of eosinophil in BALF increased significantly (P 0.05). The percentage of eosinophilic granulocytes in the three treatment groups was significantly lower than that in the model group, and the pathological changes of lung tissue in the treatment group were less than those in the model control group. Serum IL-4 TNF- 偽 Ig E level in the model control group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P 0.05). Compared with the model control group, the serum levels of IL-4 and TNF- 偽 in prednisone acetate group decreased significantly, and TNF- 偽 in serum in the high dose group of Su Huang. [conclusion] Suhuang Zhike capsule may improve cough symptoms of CVA guinea pigs by lowering the levels of TNF- 偽 and IgE in serum. Airway inflammation and pathological changes of lung tissue, so as to achieve the purpose of treatment of CVA.
