【摘要】：腸道和肝之間通過腸-肝軸緊密相連,腸道疾病可以影響肝功能,肝疾病也可以誘發(fā)腸道菌群和功能的改變。無菌動物是一種身體所有部位都沒有任何活的細(xì)菌、真菌、病毒及寄生蟲的動物,無菌動物的出現(xiàn)為研究微生物與宿主之間的相互作用提供了有力的實驗工具。同時,由于無菌動物缺乏正常腸道菌群的特點,它在腸-肝軸的研究中也起到了極大的推進(jìn)作用。本文將對無菌動物在腸-肝軸中的應(yīng)用前景做簡要綜述。
[Abstract]:The intestine and liver are closely connected by the intestinal liver axis, and the intestinal diseases can affect the liver function, and the liver disease can also induce the change of intestinal flora and function. Aseptic animal is a kind of animal without any living bacteria, fungi, viruses and parasites. The emergence of sterile animals provides a powerful experimental tool for studying the interaction between microorganism and host. At the same time, because of the lack of normal intestinal flora, aseptic animals also play a great role in the study of the intestine - liver axis. This article will give a brief overview of the prospects for the application of aseptic animals in the intestine - liver axis.
