兩種健脾產(chǎn)品對脾虛證復(fù)合抗生素大鼠模型腸道菌群的影響

【摘要】:目的考察兩種健脾產(chǎn)品常欣衛(wèi)和益生菌中草藥復(fù)合制劑對腸道菌群的調(diào)節(jié)作用。方法復(fù)制脾虛復(fù)合抗生素大鼠模型,采用16 s r DNA測序方法檢測大鼠糞便中菌群的變化,通過偏最小二乘法及聚類分析等方法考察常欣衛(wèi)和益生菌中草藥復(fù)合制劑對大鼠腸道菌群的影響。結(jié)果相對于正常組,脾虛復(fù)合抗生素模型大鼠腸道菌群結(jié)構(gòu)發(fā)生顯著改變,其中厚壁菌門比例明顯增高,擬桿菌門、放線菌門比例明顯降低;厭氧桿菌屬、羅氏菌屬、梭菌屬ⅩⅧ、埃希氏菌屬、假丁酸弧菌屬、氮單胞菌屬、不動桿菌屬、假單胞菌屬、黃桿菌屬、沙雷氏菌屬等比例均顯著增高,擬桿菌屬、普氏菌屬、乳桿菌屬、消化球菌屬、坦納菌屬、醋弧菌屬等比例均顯著降低。健脾產(chǎn)品常欣衛(wèi)對模型大鼠氮單胞菌屬、不動桿菌屬、假單胞菌屬、黃桿菌屬、沙雷氏菌屬比例有顯著的下調(diào)作用;對擬桿菌屬、普氏菌屬、乳桿菌屬等有顯著上調(diào)作用;益生菌中草藥復(fù)合制劑對模型大鼠厭氧桿菌屬、羅氏菌屬、梭菌屬ⅩⅧ、假丁酸弧菌屬、氮單胞菌屬、不動桿菌屬、假單胞菌屬、黃桿菌屬、沙雷氏菌屬等有顯著下調(diào)作用;對乳桿菌屬、雙歧桿菌屬等有顯著上調(diào)作用。結(jié)論兩種健脾產(chǎn)品均能夠一定程度的抑制脾虛復(fù)合抗生素模型大鼠腸道潛在致病菌屬,提高有益菌屬的比例,進(jìn)而調(diào)節(jié)菌群的紊亂狀態(tài)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the regulatory effect of compound herbal medicine for invigorating spleen and two products Xinwei probiotics on intestinal microflora. Methods the rat model of spleen deficiency combined with antibiotics 16 S R replication, DNA sequencing by changing the method of bacteria detection in feces of rats, by partial least squares method and cluster analysis method to study the effect of compound herbal medicine often Xinwei and probiotics on the intestinal microflora of rats. Results compared with normal group, spleen deficiency combined with antibiotics model rats showed intestinal flora structure changed significantly, including Firmicutes increased proportions of Bacteroidetes, actinobacteria decreased significantly; anaerobic bacteria of the genus Clostridium sp., Roche, XVIII, Escherichia coli, Vibrio, single nitrogen false butyric acid bacteria, Acinetobacter, Pseudomonas, Flavobacterium, Serratia ratio were significantly increased, Bacteroides and Prevotella, Lactobacillus, Staphylococcus, digestive bacteria, Vibrio Tanner vinegar ratio decreased significantly. The spleen products on a rat model of Xinwei azomonas, Acinetobacter, Pseudomonas, Flavobacterium, Serratia ratio have significant down-regulation; of Bacteroides Prevotella, and milk increased effect of Bacillus probiotics on compound herbal medicine; model the rats in anaerobic bacillus, Rothia, Clostridium XVIII, false butyrivibrio, azomonas, Acinetobacter, Pseudomonas, Flavobacterium, Serratia have significant downregulation of; Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium are significantly upregulated. Conclusion two kinds of invigorating spleen products can inhibit the intestinal potential pathogenic bacteria of the spleen deficiency and compound antibiotic rats to a certain extent, improve the proportion of beneficial bacteria, and then regulate the state of the bacteria.
