社交媒體對康復中心個人心理健康的影響：社會比較的作用

社交媒體的使用影響到個人的心理和行為,因為它是一個可以方便相互比較的平臺。而相互比較會產生影響心理健康的感覺,特別是對于仍在發(fā)展社會認同感的青少年。正面和負面影響都會改變他們的決策和行為。本文探討了荷蘭醫(yī)療機構中處于強迫狀態(tài)的個人的社會媒體參與和社會比較與心理健康的關系。盡管現(xiàn)有的一些研究已經對社交媒體參與、社會比較和心理健康進行了一定的研究,但針對醫(yī)療機構的人群的研究還很缺乏。直到今天,在研究中還沒有明確的證據(jù)表明,是否應該限制醫(yī)療機構中的個人訪問社交網(wǎng)站、報紙和電視,因此也無法解決社交媒體參與是否有利于這些人的治療過程中取得積極進展。本文以Festinger(1954)提出的社會比較理論為基礎,研究了醫(yī)療機構中不同個體使用社會媒體的積極和消極影響。通過Smith(2000)提出的基于社會比較的情緒,以及對個體心理健康的影響來檢驗積極和消極的影響。本研究探討醫(yī)療機構允許使用社交媒體是否是一項健康的政策,是否應該保留的。這項研究的結果可以向政策制定者報告是否應該在醫(yī)療機構限制社交媒體。本研究的研究設計主要是由一項問卷調查來完成,該問卷測量了社會媒體參與、心理健康、社會比較取向和四組基于...
