【摘要】：隨著大數(shù)據(jù)時(shí)代的到來,網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息安全問題成為世界各國面臨的共同挑戰(zhàn),也是國家競爭情報(bào)關(guān)注的現(xiàn)實(shí)問題。為了應(yīng)對日益嚴(yán)峻的網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息安全形勢,世界各國紛紛從國家層面出臺相關(guān)文件,加強(qiáng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息安全戰(zhàn)略頂層設(shè)計(jì),強(qiáng)化網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息安全舉措。本文結(jié)合美國、英國、德國、俄羅斯、新加坡、韓國、日本的實(shí)際情況,全面梳理和評析了這些國家在維護(hù)網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息安全方面的基本情況,擬為我國網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全戰(zhàn)略的構(gòu)建提供決策參考。
[Abstract]:With the arrival of big data era, network information security has become a common challenge to all countries in the world, and it is also a practical issue of national competitive intelligence. In order to deal with the increasingly severe situation of network information security, countries all over the world have issued relevant documents from the national level to strengthen the top-level design of network information security strategy and strengthen the measures of network information security. Combined with the actual situation of the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, Russia, Singapore, South Korea and Japan, this paper comprehensively combs and evaluates the basic situation of these countries in maintaining network information security. It is intended to provide decision-making reference for the construction of network security strategy in China.
