【摘要】：全媒體時代,有關綜藝節(jié)目模式法律保護的問題引起了越來越多的關注,但國內在這方面尚未形成完善的法律體系,給相關案件的審理帶來了許多阻礙,某種程度上限制了綜藝節(jié)目的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。對此,本文在簡要概述綜藝節(jié)目模式保護的現實需求基礎上,分析了綜藝節(jié)目模式保護法律規(guī)制的困境,并重點探討了綜藝節(jié)目模式保護的法律規(guī)制路徑,以期為相關主體提供有益思考和啟示。
[Abstract]:In the age of the whole media, more and more attention has been paid to the legal protection of the variety show model. However, the domestic legal system in this respect has not yet been formed, which has brought many obstacles to the trial of related cases. To some extent, it limits the sustainable development of variety shows. In this paper, based on a brief overview of the practical needs of the protection of the variety show model, this paper analyzes the dilemma of the legal regulation of the variety show mode protection, and focuses on the discussion of the legal regulation path of the variety show mode protection. In order to provide useful thinking and inspiration for the relevant subjects.
