【摘要】：在新媒體時代,樹立公共傳播觀念,提高公共傳播實踐能力,將日益成為普通公眾媒介素養(yǎng)的重要內(nèi)容。傳播歷史表明,公共傳播的萌芽和發(fā)展并非自然進化的結(jié)果,而是一個交互演進的歷史過程。在價值理想層面,公共傳播寄托著人們對于信息傳播圖景的美好向往。在理想與現(xiàn)實之間,公共傳播獲得了極大的時代張力。當(dāng)前,我們既要看到公共傳播觀念孕育的變革力量,又要警惕公共傳播實踐的異化。
[Abstract]:In the new media era, it will become an important content of the common public media literacy to establish the public communication concept and improve the public communication practice ability. The history of communication shows that the germination and development of public communication is not the result of natural evolution, but a historical process of mutual evolution. In the aspect of value ideal, public communication assigns to the beautiful prospect of information communication. Between the ideal and the reality, the public communication obtains the great times tension. At present, we should not only see the reform power of the concept of public communication, but also guard against the alienation of public communication practice.
