【摘要】：首腦新聞發(fā)布會上選擇記者提問如何做到公平公正,是一個充滿爭議的世界性難題。本文以1993-2015年中國總理新聞發(fā)布會為例,探究記者選擇行為的特征及其影響因素。研究發(fā)現(xiàn):總理新聞發(fā)布會的記者選擇決策面臨多樣化和集中度的權(quán)衡難題。雙邊貿(mào)易額排名、媒體來源國的政治實力和媒體聲譽(yù)三個因素均顯著影響提問機(jī)會;提問的內(nèi)容取向和對抗性取向與境外記者的提問機(jī)會之間呈負(fù)相關(guān)關(guān)系。本文認(rèn)為,在中國大陸新聞發(fā)布會的特殊背景下首腦職務(wù)決定論比首腦個性決定論的理論框架更有解釋力度,也許將兩者結(jié)合起來解釋更為有效。最后,作者提出了改革國家領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人新聞發(fā)布會記者選擇制度的對策。
[Abstract]:The selection of reporters at the summit press conference to ask how to be fair and just is a controversial worldwide problem. Taking the press conference of the Chinese Premier from 1993 to 2015 as an example, this paper explores the characteristics of journalists' choice behavior and its influencing factors. The study found that the reporter's choice of decision at the Premier's press conference faces a trade-off of diversification and concentration. The ranking of bilateral trade volume, the political power of the media source country and the media reputation all significantly affect the opportunity to ask questions, and the content orientation and the countersexual orientation of the questions have a negative correlation with the opportunity for foreign journalists to ask questions. This paper holds that in the special background of the news conference in mainland China, the summit position determinism is more powerful than the theoretical framework of the summit personality determinism, and maybe the combination of the two is more effective. Finally, the author puts forward the countermeasures to reform the selection system of journalists in state leaders' press conferences.
