【摘要】：本論文以醫(yī)療新聞報(bào)道為主要研究對(duì)象,分析醫(yī)患沖突的媒體呈現(xiàn)特征。通過對(duì)視頻報(bào)道的內(nèi)容分析,剖析電視新聞如何呈現(xiàn)醫(yī)患暴力沖突,厘清媒體報(bào)道對(duì)我國(guó)當(dāng)前醫(yī)患關(guān)系的影響;結(jié)合抽樣分析以醫(yī)患暴力沖突為主要對(duì)象的視頻新聞報(bào)道的結(jié)果,梳理總結(jié)其現(xiàn)狀和特點(diǎn)。從傳播學(xué)的角度為改善我國(guó)醫(yī)患關(guān)系提出一定的學(xué)理依據(jù)和實(shí)踐指導(dǎo)。針對(duì)目前我國(guó)社會(huì)醫(yī)患關(guān)系緊張的現(xiàn)狀,以新聞媒體在醫(yī)患關(guān)系中的作用和影響為切入點(diǎn),本文采用文獻(xiàn)研究法、文本分析法、內(nèi)容分析法等研究方法進(jìn)行操作,用社會(huì)科學(xué)統(tǒng)計(jì)軟件SPSS11.0對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)和分析。首先,選取百度新聞的新聞內(nèi)容作為分析對(duì)象,采取構(gòu)造周抽樣的方式抽取國(guó)內(nèi)媒體對(duì)醫(yī)院的報(bào)道內(nèi)容,分別進(jìn)行文本和內(nèi)容分析,全面概括我國(guó)當(dāng)前醫(yī)療新聞報(bào)道的現(xiàn)狀和特點(diǎn);其次,以醫(yī)患暴力沖突視頻為研究對(duì)象,研究醫(yī)患暴力沖突視頻中沖突雙方的特征及傳播特點(diǎn),最后,對(duì)比客觀現(xiàn)實(shí)和媒體呈現(xiàn),從政府、媒體、個(gè)人、醫(yī)院四個(gè)角度提出改善我國(guó)醫(yī)患關(guān)系現(xiàn)狀的建議。本研究的創(chuàng)新主要在于從大眾傳播學(xué)的角度關(guān)注醫(yī)患問題,采取內(nèi)容分析法,從視頻報(bào)道與文字報(bào)道兩個(gè)方面來研究醫(yī)患沖突的媒體呈現(xiàn),與現(xiàn)有大部分研究不同之處,即本文的創(chuàng)新之處在于:采取內(nèi)容分析法,從視頻報(bào)道與文字報(bào)道兩個(gè)方面來研究醫(yī)患沖突的媒體呈現(xiàn),填補(bǔ)了相關(guān)媒體研究不足,系統(tǒng)地分析了媒體傳播在醫(yī)患關(guān)系中的作用和不足。此外,研究發(fā)現(xiàn),當(dāng)前我國(guó)媒體在進(jìn)行醫(yī)療新聞報(bào)道時(shí)存在不夠全面、挖掘不深、平衡不足、專業(yè)性不強(qiáng)的問題。因此,媒體應(yīng)不僅停留在反映醫(yī)患沖突的表象,而應(yīng)更深層次揭示造成此現(xiàn)狀的原因,履行監(jiān)測(cè)環(huán)境的職責(zé),從而推動(dòng)體制的進(jìn)步和完善。政府應(yīng)推進(jìn)醫(yī)療體制改革,加大醫(yī)療投入,改變醫(yī)療費(fèi)用高、醫(yī)務(wù)人員少的現(xiàn)狀,解決醫(yī)患關(guān)系緊張的根源問題;受眾應(yīng)提高主動(dòng)性,政府、學(xué)校應(yīng)注重對(duì)受眾媒介素養(yǎng)的培養(yǎng),讓他們能夠辯證地接受和理解媒體傳播的信息;醫(yī)院應(yīng)重視與媒體的溝通,提高責(zé)任意識(shí)和醫(yī)療水平。
[Abstract]:In this paper, medical news reports as the main research object, analyze the characteristics of media-presentation of doctor-patient conflict. By analyzing the content of video reports, this paper analyzes how TV news presents violent conflicts between doctors and patients, and clarifies the influence of media reports on the current doctor-patient relationship in China. Combined with sampling analysis of the results of video news reports which mainly focus on the violent conflict between doctors and patients, the present situation and characteristics of the video news reports are summarized. From the angle of communication, it provides some theoretical basis and practical guidance for improving the doctor-patient relationship in China. In view of the current situation of the tense relationship between doctors and patients in our country, this paper uses literature research, text analysis, content analysis and other research methods to operate, taking the role and influence of news media in doctor-patient relations as the starting point. The data were analyzed by SPSS 11.0. First of all, select the news content of Baidu News as the analysis object, take the method of constructing weekly sampling to extract the domestic media reports on the hospital, and analyze the text and content, respectively. Summarize the current situation and characteristics of medical news reports in China. Secondly, take the video of doctor-patient violent conflict as the research object, study the characteristics and propagation characteristics of both sides in the video of doctor-patient violent conflict. Finally, By comparing the objective reality with the media presentation, the author puts forward some suggestions from four angles of government, media, individual and hospital to improve the doctor-patient relationship in our country. The innovation of this study mainly lies in paying attention to the doctor-patient problem from the angle of mass communication, adopting the content analysis method, studying the media-presentation of the doctor-patient conflict from the two aspects of the video report and the text report, which is different from most of the existing researches. That is, the innovation of this paper lies in: the content analysis method is adopted to study the media-presentation of doctor-patient conflict from two aspects of video report and text report, which fills up the lack of relevant media research. This paper systematically analyzes the role and deficiency of media communication in the relationship between doctors and patients. In addition, it is found that there are some problems in the current medical news reporting in our country, which are not comprehensive, deep excavation, insufficient balance and lack of professionalism. Therefore, the media should not only reflect the appearance of the doctor-patient conflict, but also reveal the causes of the present situation, perform the duty of monitoring the environment, and promote the progress and perfection of the system. The government should promote the reform of the medical system, increase medical investment, change the current situation of high medical costs and few medical personnel, and solve the root problem of the tension between doctors and patients. The school should pay attention to the cultivation of the media literacy of the audience so that they can dialectically accept and understand the information transmitted by the media and the hospital should attach importance to the communication with the media and improve their sense of responsibility and medical treatment level.
