【摘要】：通信行業(yè)從傳統(tǒng)的報(bào)紙行業(yè)發(fā)展到今天的手機(jī)、電視、視頻、電話業(yè)務(wù)時(shí)代,經(jīng)歷了多次技術(shù)的變遷。在這條激烈競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的道路上,倒下過很多曾經(jīng)輝煌一時(shí)的通信公司,歷經(jīng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)重組的過程,目前全國市場(chǎng)形成了電信運(yùn)營商、網(wǎng)絡(luò)運(yùn)營商、設(shè)備生產(chǎn)商這三大主流通信商。如今,在三網(wǎng)融合、大數(shù)據(jù)時(shí)代、物聯(lián)網(wǎng)時(shí)代等信息時(shí)代的召喚下,勢(shì)必會(huì)引來一場(chǎng)更大的通信行業(yè)的變革,也將會(huì)給各運(yùn)營商帶來不同的挑戰(zhàn)和機(jī)遇。內(nèi)蒙古廣播電視網(wǎng)絡(luò)集團(tuán)公司從壟斷優(yōu)勢(shì)走向競(jìng)爭(zhēng)格局,在競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的環(huán)境下,內(nèi)蒙古廣播電視網(wǎng)絡(luò)集團(tuán)要想獲得一席之地,就必須了解同行業(yè)其他運(yùn)營商的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。在充分分析自身優(yōu)劣勢(shì)的基礎(chǔ)上,充分發(fā)揮優(yōu)勢(shì)條件,改變、糾正、規(guī)避自身劣勢(shì),同時(shí),抓住機(jī)遇、規(guī)避威脅,輔以戰(zhàn)略分析工具,制定出適合內(nèi)蒙古廣電網(wǎng)絡(luò)集團(tuán)公司在競(jìng)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境下的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)戰(zhàn)略。如實(shí)施跟隨其他運(yùn)營商戰(zhàn)略、借助鐵塔公司實(shí)現(xiàn)手機(jī)語音業(yè)務(wù)、倡導(dǎo)走互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+業(yè)務(wù)路線、走出傳統(tǒng)業(yè)務(wù)模式實(shí)現(xiàn)跨業(yè)務(wù)經(jīng)營、繼續(xù)深度拓展業(yè)務(wù)領(lǐng)域加強(qiáng)合作模式,并輔以戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施的保障措施,以期企業(yè)取得長足的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Communication industry from the traditional newspaper industry to today's mobile phone, television, video, telephone business era, has undergone a number of technological changes. On this road of fierce competition, many once brilliant communications companies, after the process of competition reorganization, the national market has formed the telecommunications operators, network operators, equipment manufacturers these three major mainstream telecommunications companies. Nowadays, under the call of the information age, such as the convergence of three networks, the big data era and the Internet of things era, it will inevitably lead to a bigger revolution in the communications industry, and will also bring different challenges and opportunities to the operators. The Inner Mongolia Radio and Television Network Group Company moves from monopoly advantage to competitive pattern. In the competitive environment, if Inner Mongolia Radio and Television Network Group wants to gain a place, it must understand the development strategy of other operators in the same industry. On the basis of fully analyzing their own advantages and disadvantages, giving full play to their advantages and conditions, changing, correcting and circumventing their own disadvantages, at the same time, seizing opportunities, avoiding threats, and adding strategic analysis tools, To formulate a competitive strategy suitable for Inner Mongolia Radio and Television Network Group Company in the competitive environment. For example, implementing the strategy of following other operators, realizing mobile phone voice service with the help of Iron Tower Company, advocating the Internet service line, walking out of the traditional business model to realize cross-service management, continuing to expand the business field and strengthening the cooperation mode, And auxiliary with the safeguard measure of the strategy implementation, expect the enterprise to obtain the considerable development.
