【摘要】：作為中國(guó)同盟會(huì)總部的機(jī)關(guān)刊物,《民報(bào)》發(fā)行之初,不僅在日本銷路暢旺,還在國(guó)內(nèi)多處地方建立代售處。它的訂閱者有留學(xué)生、國(guó)內(nèi)學(xué)堂學(xué)生及直隸總督署。1906年10月始,清政府出臺(tái)一系列查禁《民報(bào)》的政令和措施,禁止國(guó)內(nèi)銷售和閱讀《民報(bào)》,且令中國(guó)海關(guān)不得進(jìn)口,郵政局不得寄送,乃至向日方交涉審議《民報(bào)》內(nèi)容并禁運(yùn),試圖在源頭及流通渠道上遏止《民報(bào)》在國(guó)內(nèi)的流傳。這固然使《民報(bào)》難以通過正常銷售來維持運(yùn)營(yíng),卻不能完全截?cái)唷睹駡?bào)》在國(guó)內(nèi)流傳的渠道,也無法遏制《民報(bào)》等革命書刊在國(guó)內(nèi)傳播革命思想的勢(shì)頭。
[Abstract]:As the official publication of the headquarters of the China Association of China, Minmin not only had a prosperous market in Japan, but also set up agency sales offices in many places in China. Since October 1906, the Qing government has issued a series of decrees and measures prohibiting the sale and reading of the newspaper in China, and forbidding Chinese customs from importing it. The post office should not send it, or even negotiate with the Japanese side to review the contents of the newspaper and ban it, in an attempt to stop the circulation of the newspaper in the country at its source and circulation channel. This certainly makes it difficult to maintain operation through normal sales, but it cannot completely cut off the channels of circulation of the newspaper in China, nor can it curb the momentum of spreading revolutionary ideas in the country by revolutionary books and periodicals such as the people's Daily.
