【摘要】：京津冀地緣相接、人緣相親,地域一體、文化一脈。京津冀協同發(fā)展,是黨中央在新的歷史條件下作出的重大決策部署,是意義深遠的重大國家戰(zhàn)略。在如此機遇與挑戰(zhàn)面前,《河北日報》作為京津冀地區(qū)媒體的核心主體,肩負著為京津冀協同發(fā)展鼓與呼,為京津冀協同發(fā)展營造良好輿論環(huán)境的重任。本文采用文獻分析法、內容分析法,對《河北日報》2014-2016三年間的京津冀協同發(fā)展報道進行了全面、深入的分析,展現出其報道的階段分期,發(fā)現《河北日報》在呈現新聞時具有注重謀劃跨區(qū)域報道、提升報道形式、借力合作積極策劃、注重權威、積極引導輿論等特點,同時在其報道上也存在著官話套話多、報道內容失衡、深度和廣度挖掘不夠、民間表達少、監(jiān)督缺位、忽略集成式報道等不足。針對報道中的問題,筆者提出了要轉換報道視角做好正面宣傳、以“謀全局”理念統籌報道、搭建平臺提高公眾參與、積極發(fā)揮建設性作用、加強媒介融合等建議,以期《河北日報》在推動京津冀協同發(fā)展中大展身手,當好宣傳報道的排頭兵。
[Abstract]:Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei is geographically connected, closely related, geographical and cultural. The coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei is a major policy decision made by the Party Central Committee under the new historical conditions. Hebei Daily, as the core body of the media in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, shoulders the drum and cry for the coordinated development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. In order to create a good public opinion environment for the coordination development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, this paper makes a comprehensive and in-depth analysis of the report on the co-development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei from 2014-2016 by the methods of literature analysis and content analysis. Showing the stages and stages of its report, it was found that the Hebei Daily, when presenting the news, had the characteristics of focusing on planning cross-regional reports, promoting the form of reports, taking advantage of cooperation and active planning, paying attention to authority, and actively guiding public opinion, and so on. At the same time, there are also some shortcomings in its reporting, such as more official language, unbalanced content, insufficient depth and breadth mining, less folk expression, lack of supervision, neglect of integrated reporting, etc. In view of the problems in the reporting, The author puts forward some suggestions, such as changing the angle of view of reporting to do a good job of positive propaganda, coordinating the report with the idea of "seeking the overall situation", setting up a platform to enhance public participation, actively playing a constructive role, and strengthening media convergence, etc. Hebei Daily is expected to play a leading role in promoting Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei cooperation.
