【摘要】：互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時(shí)代,破壞性創(chuàng)新對媒體帶來極大的沖擊,但媒體在啟動破壞性創(chuàng)新時(shí)較為被動。文章先分析媒體難以有效啟動破壞性創(chuàng)新的原因,然后提出組建獨(dú)立性較強(qiáng)的自主團(tuán)隊(duì)——臭鼬工廠,來加速媒體推出破壞性創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)品,并分析臭鼬工廠的組織結(jié)構(gòu)和運(yùn)營原則。
[Abstract]:In the Internet era, destructive innovation has a great impact on the media, but the media is more passive in starting destructive innovation. This paper first analyzes the reasons why it is difficult for the media to start destructive innovation effectively. Then it proposes to set up an independent team, the Skunk Factory, to speed up the media launch of disruptive innovative products, and to analyze the organizational structure and operational principles of the Skunk Factory.
