【摘要】：美國媒體對"民主之春"的集體漠視,預(yù)示了當(dāng)代世界普遍的新聞公共性危機,也是民主政治的危機。在市場邏輯和專業(yè)主義意識形態(tài)主導(dǎo)之下,媒體結(jié)構(gòu)性地偏向城市中產(chǎn)階級和各界精英,忽視普通民眾的聲音,貶抑社會底層的發(fā)言權(quán)。這背離了平等進入、廣泛參與等公共性原則,使得公共空間等級化、封建化,在一些重大議題上社會不同利益群體的聲音無法有效表達,難以通過辯論和博弈形成共同意志和公共決策。延安時期的新聞大眾化運動踐行"群眾路線"理念,致力于呈現(xiàn)底層民眾的呼聲和需求,構(gòu)成了一種獨特的現(xiàn)代新聞范式,可作為反思當(dāng)代媒體狀況的批判性資源,有助于打開新的想象未來的空間。
[Abstract]:The collective indifference of the American media to the "democratic spring" foreshadowed the universal crisis of news publicity in the contemporary world, as well as the crisis of democratic politics. Under the guidance of market logic and the ideology of professionalism, The media is structurally biased towards the urban middle class and the elites of all walks of life, neglecting the voices of ordinary people and belittling the voice of the bottom of society. This deviates from the public principles of equal entry and extensive participation, and makes public space hierarchical and feudal. On some important issues, the voices of different social interest groups can not be effectively expressed, and it is difficult to form a common will and public decision through debates and games. Committed to presenting the voice and needs of the people at the bottom, it constitutes a unique modern news paradigm, which can be used as a critical resource to reflect on the situation of contemporary media, and help to open up a new space for imagining the future.
