【摘要】：正2016年5月5日,工信部向中國(guó)廣播電視網(wǎng)絡(luò)有限公司頒發(fā)了《基礎(chǔ)電信業(yè)務(wù)經(jīng)營(yíng)許可證》,批準(zhǔn)其在全國(guó)范圍內(nèi)經(jīng)營(yíng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)國(guó)內(nèi)數(shù)據(jù)傳送業(yè)務(wù)、國(guó)內(nèi)通信設(shè)施服務(wù)業(yè)務(wù)。中國(guó)廣播電視網(wǎng)絡(luò)有限公司(以下簡(jiǎn)稱"中廣電")成為國(guó)內(nèi)第四個(gè)基礎(chǔ)電信業(yè)務(wù)運(yùn)營(yíng)商,這也被媒體稱為電信行業(yè)的"第四張牌照",意味著中廣電成為繼移動(dòng)、電信、聯(lián)通三家之后新增的可以提供寬帶等固定通信業(yè)務(wù)的第四個(gè)玩家(市場(chǎng)經(jīng)營(yíng)主體)。
