【摘要】：《中國(guó)婦女報(bào)》不僅是我國(guó)第一份面向全國(guó)女性,以報(bào)道婦女、兒童、家庭和社會(huì)問(wèn)題為主的全國(guó)性報(bào)紙,也是迄今為止唯一一家面向全國(guó)發(fā)行的中央級(jí)婦女報(bào)紙�！芭浾摺笔紫仁恰芭毙�,然后才是“記者”。以《中國(guó)婦女報(bào)》作為研究對(duì)象的載體,更具有科學(xué)性和性別研究的優(yōu)勢(shì),更加貼近實(shí)際的“女記者”。《中國(guó)婦女報(bào)》從創(chuàng)刊至2015年12月31日,這段時(shí)間內(nèi)關(guān)于“女記者”的相關(guān)報(bào)道共219篇,女記者群體的新聞報(bào)道共35篇,合計(jì)254篇;圖片新聞報(bào)道共計(jì)50篇。《中國(guó)婦女報(bào)》關(guān)于女記者的文字報(bào)道更多側(cè)重于女記者職業(yè)本身,報(bào)道多是一些她們?cè)诼殬I(yè)中的事跡,態(tài)度客觀公正;圖片報(bào)道更加清晰直觀,給人們展示了一個(gè)更加客觀真實(shí)的女記者形象。近年來(lái)社會(huì)對(duì)女記者的印象也存在很大的偏差和誤解,人們對(duì)“女記者”的認(rèn)知存在三種不同的刻板印象:性別刻板印象、職業(yè)刻板印象和社會(huì)刻板印象�！吨袊�(guó)婦女報(bào)》中的女記者形象從外貌看,容貌姣好,服飾時(shí)尚,風(fēng)姿綽約,大方自信;從素質(zhì)上看,工作勤奮,專業(yè)素養(yǎng)優(yōu)秀,職業(yè)道德良好,人格品質(zhì)高尚。她們的形象打破了人們對(duì)女記者的刻板印象。根據(jù)不同時(shí)期對(duì)女記者報(bào)道所關(guān)注的不同側(cè)重,女記者形象的不同特征,可以將《中國(guó)婦女報(bào)》對(duì)女記者的報(bào)道女性分為三個(gè)時(shí)期:單一形象時(shí)期(1984年至1994年)、多元形象時(shí)期(1995年至2007年)、個(gè)性形象時(shí)期(2008年至2015年)。單一形象時(shí)期的女記者存在模式化的特點(diǎn),女記者的外在形象存在缺失,報(bào)道側(cè)重于自我犧牲的形象;多元形象時(shí)期的女記者比較典型,類型豐富,圖片報(bào)道很多,突出女記者的視角獨(dú)特,富有觀察力,這階段側(cè)重于女記者“不畏艱難”的形象,女記者對(duì)自己的角色定位明朗;個(gè)性形象時(shí)期的女記者具有身份危機(jī)和自我反叛的特征,但又表現(xiàn)出自尊自信自強(qiáng)的特點(diǎn)�！吨袊�(guó)婦女報(bào)》對(duì)女記者的報(bào)道,經(jīng)歷了一個(gè)動(dòng)態(tài)的變化發(fā)展過(guò)程,影響這種變化的原因主要有三個(gè)方面:第一是女性社會(huì)地位的變遷,第二是傳媒經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,第三是新聞事業(yè)的發(fā)展�！吨袊�(guó)婦女報(bào)》對(duì)女記者報(bào)道的價(jià)值主要表現(xiàn)在事實(shí)真、主題善和形象美三個(gè)方面�！吨袊�(guó)婦女報(bào)》對(duì)女記者報(bào)道的意義是多方面的,既能從報(bào)道本身去認(rèn)識(shí),又能從對(duì)女性解放的角度去理解,還可以從對(duì)新聞事業(yè)的貢獻(xiàn)去挖掘。總的來(lái)說(shuō),《中國(guó)婦女報(bào)》對(duì)女記者的報(bào)道,有助于人們正確的認(rèn)識(shí)女記者,有助于女記者正確定位自身的解放,有利于新聞事業(yè)的全面發(fā)展。
