【摘要】：[目的/意義]針對(duì)韓國(guó)開(kāi)放政府?dāng)?shù)據(jù)展開(kāi)研究,為推進(jìn)我國(guó)開(kāi)放政府?dāng)?shù)據(jù)進(jìn)程提供參考。[方法/過(guò)程]利用文獻(xiàn)調(diào)研和案例分析的研究方法,以韓國(guó)為例,通過(guò)對(duì)文獻(xiàn)資料和網(wǎng)站內(nèi)容的調(diào)查,獲取一手資料闡述韓國(guó)開(kāi)放政府?dāng)?shù)據(jù)的發(fā)展歷程,探討韓國(guó)開(kāi)放政府?dāng)?shù)據(jù)管理體制和內(nèi)容,并在此基礎(chǔ)上分析韓國(guó)開(kāi)放政府?dāng)?shù)據(jù)的特點(diǎn)。[結(jié)果/結(jié)論]提出完善開(kāi)放數(shù)據(jù)管理體制、加強(qiáng)開(kāi)放數(shù)據(jù)管理、注重國(guó)際合作、優(yōu)先開(kāi)放關(guān)鍵數(shù)據(jù)集、構(gòu)建和修訂相關(guān)法律法規(guī)的建議。
[Abstract]:[Objective / significance: to study the open government data in Korea, and to provide a reference for promoting the process of open government data in China. [Methods / process] by using the method of literature investigation and case analysis, taking Korea as an example, through the investigation of literature and website content, the author obtains the first hand data to explain the development course of Korean open government data. This paper discusses the data management system and content of Korea's open government, and analyzes the characteristics of Korea's open government data. [Results / conclusion suggestions on perfecting open data management system, strengthening open data management, paying attention to international cooperation, giving priority to opening key data sets, constructing and revising relevant laws and regulations are put forward.
