哈代《愛(ài)瑪組詩(shī)1912-1913》中的悲劇主題解讀

  托馬斯·哈代(1840-1928)在英國(guó)文學(xué)史乃至世界文學(xué)史上都享有盛譽(yù)。他既是一位偉大的小說(shuō)家,也是一位著名的詩(shī)人。作為一位跨越兩個(gè)世紀(jì)的詩(shī)人,他繼承和發(fā)展了浪漫主義詩(shī)歌的傳統(tǒng),同時(shí)也為現(xiàn)代主義詩(shī)歌的發(fā)展鋪平了道路。哈代一生創(chuàng)作了近千首詩(shī)歌,其中為妻子逝世書(shū)寫(xiě)的悼亡詩(shī)《愛(ài)瑪組詩(shī)1912-1913》被認(rèn)為是哈代最重要的詩(shī)歌成就。哈代在《愛(ài)瑪組詩(shī)1912-1913》中,回憶與愛(ài)瑪?shù)墓餐?jīng)歷,追溯過(guò)去的美好時(shí)光,幻想著再次見(jiàn)到愛(ài)瑪,但卻敵不過(guò)殘酷的現(xiàn)實(shí)。本文另辟蹊徑,通過(guò)對(duì)亞里士多德、黑格爾、尼采的悲劇理論的研究和應(yīng)用,揭示該組詩(shī)的悲劇本質(zhì),考察哈代在愛(ài)瑪逝世后是如何面對(duì)自己的復(fù)雜內(nèi)心、力圖超越個(gè)人悲劇、逐漸走出悲痛,堅(jiān)定對(duì)愛(ài)瑪?shù)膼?ài)并為尋求新的生活意義而努力的。
