【摘要】：《奇境》是歐茨寫作生涯的分水嶺。從《奇境》開始,權(quán)力與身份成為喬伊斯·卡羅爾·歐茨的聚焦點之一。它開啟了歐茨對人類心理世界的探索。主人公杰西的人生是二十世紀三十年代到七十年代美國社會混亂的反映。歐茨認為,這一時期的美國現(xiàn)實就是一個“奇境”。杰西從夢魘般的童年走出來,從一個無家的孤兒成為一位卓越的腦科醫(yī)生。他經(jīng)歷了失去、尋找和得到身份的整個過程,最終擁有自己的開業(yè)診所,變身顯赫的沃格爾醫(yī)生。然而,事實證明杰西在深受諸位父親的控制和權(quán)力影響下建構(gòu)起來的這一身份已經(jīng)遠不是他自身。杰西成為沃格爾醫(yī)生的同時已失掉了自我,他的內(nèi)在核心。沃格爾醫(yī)生實際上已經(jīng)成為父權(quán)的代理。他就像弗蘭肯斯坦式的怪物一樣,是杰西執(zhí)迷于認同或者內(nèi)化父親人格的產(chǎn)品。而這導(dǎo)致了杰西自我的異化,使他成為女兒最終所說的虛空、無情而又專制的“魔鬼”。這就是他人格上的異化。論文旨在詳細分析主人公自我建構(gòu)及其導(dǎo)致他最終本質(zhì)異化的整個過程。依據(jù)拉康的鏡像階段理論,最終得出結(jié)論:父權(quán)制社會中男性的自我建構(gòu)實質(zhì)上是一系列的父式認同。認同他者的過程也是自我走向異化的道路,因為杰西最終成為一個徹頭徹尾的他者。主人公主體性走向異化和瓦解。論文以拉康心理分析角度分析《奇境》,以期引起人們對人的本質(zhì)及人作為一種獨立理性的存在的深思。
[Abstract]:< > Wonderland is a watershed in Oates's writing career. From the beginning of "Wonderland", power and identity has become one of the focal point of Joyce Carol Oates. He like Frankenstein's monster, Jesse is obsessed with the identity or personality of the father internalization products and this led to Jesse's self alienation, make him a daughter finally said: heartless and dictatorial "devil." this is the alienation of others lattice. This paper aims to analyze the protagonist self construction and cause the entire process of his final alienation of nature. According to Lacan's theory of mirror stage, finally draws the conclusion: the patriarchal society men's self construction is essentially a series of father identity.
