本文運(yùn)用批評(píng)性語篇分析的理論和方法對(duì)一個(gè)社會(huì)事件中的話語進(jìn)行理論分析和實(shí)證研究。文章以Fairclough的三維框架理論為分析框架,以Halliday的系統(tǒng)功能語法和有關(guān)互文性的理論為分析工具,對(duì)國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化委員會(huì)在其官網(wǎng)上公布的關(guān)于電動(dòng)自行車新標(biāo)準(zhǔn)實(shí)施的規(guī)定,自行車協(xié)會(huì)對(duì)此規(guī)定的申述文章,以及新聞媒體對(duì)新標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的評(píng)論進(jìn)行分析。通過分析,我們發(fā)現(xiàn):1)在國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化委員會(huì)頒布的文件中,通過使用標(biāo)記主位以及非標(biāo)記主位,國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)委建構(gòu)出主導(dǎo)以及統(tǒng)治地位,與公眾以及電動(dòng)自行車產(chǎn)業(yè)產(chǎn)生距離;2)在天津自行車協(xié)會(huì)所撰寫的申述文中,通過對(duì)其及物性以及情態(tài)的分析,研究其話語策略,以及其如何與國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化委員會(huì)斗爭(zhēng),爭(zhēng)取利益最大化;3)在新華網(wǎng)上的一則新聞報(bào)道中,通過對(duì)其互文性分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)該報(bào)道只引用了社會(huì)名人以及電動(dòng)自行車產(chǎn)業(yè)相關(guān)人士的言論,揭示了其所代表的利益團(tuán)體;4)在國(guó)標(biāo)委文件、申述文以及一則新聞報(bào)道中,使用不同的人稱代詞,構(gòu)建出不同的社會(huì)地位。
