歇后語生成和識解的認知機制

歇后語是一種通俗的語言現(xiàn)象,具有獨特的中國文化特點(溫端政,周薦,2000)。按照傳統(tǒng)分類,歇后語的前半部分象謎語的謎面,后半部分象謎語的謎底,而后半部分卻是歇后語想要表達的真正意圖所在。 在近幾十年里,特別是一些當(dāng)代語言學(xué)家,語義學(xué)家,認知語義學(xué)家和認知語言學(xué)家都在探究這一古老課題。自從1920年以來,就開始了對歇后語的大量研究。然而,以前的研究主要是從文化、修辭、句法和語義的觀點出發(fā),詳述了歇后語的起源、命名、分類、結(jié)構(gòu)和修辭功能等等,很少有研究者從認知語言學(xué)的角度進行研究,更不必說心理模型理論。出于這些原因,本文將從一個完全不同的角度致力于這一中國古老的語用學(xué)現(xiàn)象進行探索。 鑒于以前研究的不足,本文的目標在于對歇后語生成和識解潛在的認知機制做出一個試驗性的探究。從話語的表達形式來說,一個完整的歇后語構(gòu)成的基本特點是:“前文”是“本意觸發(fā)體”,“后義”為“本意本體”(鄒春玲,2009a)。它們之間的關(guān)系應(yīng)分為兩個部分:1)說話人如何從解體部分(自主成分)推衍出引體部分(依存成分);2)聽話人如何通過顯性-隱性表述相結(jié)合的方式來理解說話人的真正意圖。 我們主要的理論目標是建立一個切實...
