中國“985工程”大學(xué)簡介中的勸說話語研究

在當(dāng)今全球化的背景下,很多行業(yè)都受到市場化和商品化的影響,其中教育行業(yè)就是一個很好的例子。作為教育領(lǐng)域中的一種體裁,大學(xué)簡介也受到了全球化的影響,它現(xiàn)在的作用不僅僅是給讀者提供大學(xué)的一些基本信息,而且,它還試圖說服讀者,讓讀者意識到該校是一所優(yōu)秀的大學(xué),進而吸引優(yōu)質(zhì)的生源報考該校。本文收集了當(dāng)前中國39所“985工程”重點院校的大學(xué)簡介,并對簡介中的勸說話語進行分析。根據(jù)Aristotle (2007)所提出的三大勸說模式,本文對簡介中的勸說話語進行分類,將其分為體現(xiàn)“人品訴求”的勸說話語,體現(xiàn)“情感訴求”的勸說話語以及體現(xiàn)“理性訴求”的勸說話語。在此基礎(chǔ)上,本文根據(jù)Verschueren (1999)的順應(yīng)理論,進一步解釋了為什么大學(xué)簡介的作者會選擇這三大模式的勸說話語。最后,通過一個問卷調(diào)查,本文揭示了大學(xué)簡介中的勸說話語對讀者的影響。通過一系列的分析,本研究得出這些勸說話語的選擇實際上是一個順應(yīng)社會心理的過程。另外,問卷調(diào)查的結(jié)果也揭示了大學(xué)簡介中的勸說話語確實影響了讀者對大學(xué)的看法。本研究從一個新的視角去研究全球化對大學(xué)簡介的影響,希望對以后這方面的研究有一定的意義。
