自20世紀(jì)80年代Fraser首次提出緩和語(yǔ)概念以來(lái),有關(guān)緩和語(yǔ)的語(yǔ)用研究引起了學(xué)者廣泛的關(guān)注,成為語(yǔ)用學(xué)領(lǐng)域研究的熱點(diǎn)議題。緩和語(yǔ)有不同的語(yǔ)言表現(xiàn)形式并通過(guò)順應(yīng)各種語(yǔ)境因素實(shí)現(xiàn)多種人際或交際功能。雖然有許多文獻(xiàn)涉及英語(yǔ)緩和語(yǔ)的研究,但仍未對(duì)其研究充分,特別是對(duì)漢語(yǔ)中緩和語(yǔ)形式、理?yè)?jù)和功能亟需一手語(yǔ)料研究、有待深入探索。如今,隨著互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的普及,在線醫(yī)療咨詢作為一種新的文本體裁,兼具口語(yǔ)與筆語(yǔ)的特點(diǎn),值得從漢語(yǔ)及其他非英語(yǔ)話語(yǔ)角度進(jìn)行深入探索,以便更好地理解不同語(yǔ)言中緩和語(yǔ)的特征。從語(yǔ)用學(xué)的角度探究中國(guó)醫(yī)生的緩和語(yǔ)使用情況,有助于驗(yàn)證緩和語(yǔ)在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)醫(yī)療咨詢語(yǔ)境中作為語(yǔ)言策略的有效性,同時(shí)也有助于構(gòu)建和諧的醫(yī)患關(guān)系�；谇叭藢�(duì)緩和語(yǔ)現(xiàn)象的研究,本研究采用李海輝（2008）的話語(yǔ)緩和三分法和耶夫·維索爾倫（1999）的順應(yīng)論作為理論框架,使用定性和定量的研究方法,對(duì)1000條在線醫(yī)患咨詢進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究（選自www.120ask.com）,并嘗試回答以下三個(gè)研究問(wèn)題:第一,根據(jù)李海輝（2008）的話語(yǔ)緩和三分法,中國(guó)醫(yī)生在線上醫(yī)療咨詢中使用了哪些緩和語(yǔ)?第二,根據(jù)耶夫·維索爾倫（1999）的順應(yīng)...
