目的原則視角下漢語醫(yī)患會話中的偏離預(yù)期話語研究

“預(yù)期”是指主體對言語行為或言語事件本身做出的一種預(yù)料或預(yù)判,交際實際與主體預(yù)期一致的情況為“預(yù)期順應(yīng)”,反之則為“預(yù)期偏離/偏離預(yù)期”。傳達或表現(xiàn)了偏離預(yù)期的話語則為“偏離預(yù)期話語”。偏離預(yù)期話語大量存在于實際的交際行為當(dāng)中,具有較高的信息價值和語用價值,是研究交際過程所反映的交際心理、話語主觀性以及人際關(guān)系的重要途徑之一。通過分析武漢市數(shù)家綜合醫(yī)院多個科室門診的醫(yī)患會話真實語料,可以發(fā)現(xiàn),偏離預(yù)期話語大量且高頻率地存在于漢語醫(yī)患會話中,并呈現(xiàn)出動態(tài)交互的特點,構(gòu)成了此類會話的一大特征;然而迄今為止,鮮有針對漢語醫(yī)患會話中偏離預(yù)期話語的探索。同時,醫(yī)患會話作為一種典型的機構(gòu)性話語,會話雙方須在明確的目的保障下展開交際,具有明顯的目的導(dǎo)向性,為檢驗和應(yīng)用語用學(xué)的目的原則提供了較為適宜的研究土壤。本研究在目的原則的指導(dǎo)下,對經(jīng)由錄音手段采集的上述醫(yī)患會話語料,通過以描述和解釋為主的分析手段進行了定性研究,梳理了漢語醫(yī)患會話中偏離預(yù)期話語的表現(xiàn)形式及主要類別,并結(jié)合具體語料探討了其中預(yù)期與目的之間的關(guān)聯(lián),同時在此基礎(chǔ)上構(gòu)建了該類話語的分析模式。在言語行為中直接顯明偏離預(yù)期的語法手段(包括標(biāo)...
