【摘要】：本文主要對比研究海峽兩岸飲食名稱的特點。雖然兩岸華語一脈同宗,但在飲食名稱上仍顯示出較多的差異,表現(xiàn)出不同的類型。飲食與人民生活息息相關,飲食名稱差異對海峽兩岸人民的交流可能產生一定程度的消極影響。本文以《現(xiàn)代漢語詞典》、《兩岸常用詞典》和《國語活用辭典》為語料基礎,通過實地調查,對比海峽兩岸飲食名稱差異并分析差異成因。本文共分為五個部分。第一部分緒論主要說明選題緣由、研究方法與目的、研究現(xiàn)狀。第二部分海峽兩岸飲食名稱差異詞語義分析,從語義角度考察海峽兩岸飲食名稱差異詞,探討飲食名稱差異詞的概念意義和聯(lián)想意義兩方面,在解釋概念意義的同時考察飲食名稱命名理據(jù),在歸納聯(lián)想意義的同時探討其文化內涵和引申基礎。第三部分海峽兩岸飲食名稱差異詞類型考察,主要歸納飲食名稱差異反映的不同類型,從語言本體和差異來源兩方面對飲食名稱差異進行類型整合。第四部分海峽兩岸飲食名稱差異詞原因探究,主要從語言內部原因和語言外部原因兩方面入手。最后為結語,簡單總結本文研究的一些新發(fā)現(xiàn)。本文對比研究表明,飲食名稱作為兩岸華語詞匯的組成部分,其差異詞類型顯示出兩岸華語差異詞的某些類型特點,同時又呈現(xiàn)較為復雜的差異類型疊加情況。海峽兩岸飲食名稱差異詞的形成原因較為復雜,大致可以歸納為語內、語外兩方面,前者包括詞匯系統(tǒng)自身特點、臺灣社區(qū)詞系統(tǒng)發(fā)展等原因,后者包含自然環(huán)境條件和人文環(huán)境條件等原因。海峽兩岸飲食名稱差異詞隨兩岸人民的交流而不斷互動,存在一定程度的相互影響。
[Abstract]:This article mainly contrasts and studies the characteristics of the cross-strait diet names. Although the two sides of the strait have the same family of Chinese, there are still many differences in the names of the diet, showing different types. Diet is closely related to people's life. The difference of diet names may have a negative effect on the communication between people on both sides of the Taiwan Strait. This paper takes the Modern Chinese Dictionary, the Common Dictionary of both sides of the Taiwan Strait and the Mandarin Dictionary as the basis of the corpus. Through field investigation, compare the differences between the two sides of the Taiwan Strait diet names and analyze the causes of the differences. This paper is divided into five parts. The first part of the introduction mainly explains the reason of the topic, research methods and purposes. The second part is the analysis of the meaning of the words of the cross-straits diet name difference. From the semantic point of view, the article studies the two aspects of the concept meaning and associative meaning of the diet name difference words on both sides of the Taiwan Strait. In the interpretation of the concept of meaning at the same time the study of diet name naming motivation, in the induction of associative meaning at the same time to explore its cultural connotation and extension basis. The third part of cross-strait diet name difference word type investigation. It mainly summarizes the different types of dietetic name difference, and integrates the dietetic name difference from two aspects of language ontology and difference source. 4th part of the cross-straits diet name difference words cause research. The last part is the conclusion, which summarizes some new findings of this study. The comparative study shows that the diet name is a part of the cross-straits Chinese vocabulary. The type of the different words shows some characteristics of the two sides of Chinese difference words, at the same time, it presents a more complex difference type superposition situation, and the formation reason of the cross-Strait diet name difference words is more complex. The former includes the characteristics of lexical system and the development of Taiwanese community word system. The latter includes natural and humanistic conditions and so on. The difference of diet names between the two sides of the Taiwan Strait interacts with the exchange of people on both sides of the Taiwan Strait to a certain extent and has a certain degree of mutual influence.
